  1. Hi I have tried Live resin set, but even under really hot water, belts didn't want to bend to correct shape, just snapped. Ammo tubes are from LR and those bend nicely. CC doesn't ship to UK. Sorry but i haven't done any copies of skis, never tried molding before. Thanks for positive responses.
  2. Hello everybody It was a while since i have posted any of my work over here, to be honest i haven't build a helo for long time either. So i want to show my work of my latest project. To be honest it's not 100% finished, and i am not sure if it will ever be, as am i at the stage when whenever i touch it something brakes other parts bend etc. I also currently have no decent idea for forward FLIR and ammo belts for GAU-2. So kit is what everybody knows, Academy with some additions: Archer rivets (absolutely fantastic product) Eduard exterior set RB models barrels for GAU-2 Scratch build
  3. Thanks for positive response gentlemen (or maybe ladies, just in case).
  4. Hello This is not my usual subject (armour and helos are), but i just couldn't resist to built this one. A bit of scratch building to add some life to it:
  5. Hello If already asked, than sorry, but i am planning to buy some archer rivets for my next project (HH-60g in 1:35 scale) and which size from what Archer is offering will the best for the scale? I know that some of you used them before so any advise will be much appreciated. Thanks Adam
  6. Hi all Glad you found it (or you will) useful.

  9. Hello Primer is on, so far all on dry fit. I hope i will have it ready for Telford:
  10. Hi everybody Its time for another update. Some work on chain gun, targeting system and few bits on rear landing gear. I managed to get testors/model master paint, i haven't checked when buying what type would it be and o got enamels. As i am use to acrylics that will be a learning curve for me. As is still haven't finished, any suggestions more than welcome:
  11. Hi Thanks for all the input lads, i will try to get my hands on those acrylics, i didn't had much luck last time over here in UK, maybe some overseas shops. Plan is to paint heavy weathered Apache, and variety of shades on them is fantastic, it break monotony of one colour. I will also built base for it, some kind of my navy choppers style like, but it will be part of C-5 or C-17 (as soon as i will find decent cross section picture) and rotor will be folded. I am on holiday now, chilling by the lake, i have limited access to internet and haven't really took any tools with me so c ya all af
  12. Hello Yes it's a standard tamiya masking tape, this canopy was actually easy to mask as almost lines are straight. I will paint it OD green,as I want to do it heavy weathered I was thinking to use salt technique. Any suggestions for base paint I usually use Tamiya brand.
