  1. How about this picture? The wings aren't open, but the rest is checked off.
  2. The demo team released this statement on their site. It seems the pilot will survive, but the plane, as we all could see, is a total loss. "We wanted to inform you that there was an incident on the 10th July 2012 at Kemble (Cotswold Airport, UK) concerning Tony and the Bronco. At approx. 15:00 in good flying conditions, Tony choose to take the opportunity to practise a standard display program. Unfortunately, shortly into the flight there was a problem and Tony and the Bronco had a crash landing from low altitude into the grass strip in front of the control tower. The Bronco was destroyed o
  3. Not much information yet, but here are some links. http://www.thisisgloucestershire.co.uk/Pilot-seriously-hurt-plane-crash-Kemble-airfield/story-16514665-detail/story.html http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-gloucestershire-18787181 There is a link to the site of the bronco team. Pilot is believed to be the Belgian owner of the plane http://www.broncodemoteam.com/index.php?page=team I was going to see this bird at the fly-in in Schaffen diest (Belgium). Sad to see it lost. I hope the pilot will be ok.
  4. This is what i think. The article was referring to the 'Société par actions simplifiée' (SAS). I think Jennings thought that the article was referring to the scandinavian airline SAS. He claimed, under the assumption that the article was reffering to the scandinavian airline, that it had not yet ordered an A380. In fact the article never referres to the scandinavian airline. Just a small mistake, that i hope is hereby cleared up.
  5. I know it can seat up to 365 people, but they aren't always full and the average is 300 pax. So it could be done with a 900 type in my opinion, although i know itsn't that simple.
  6. Seeing that the average 777-300er carries 300 passengers, it could be that the market will look for the 350-900 instead of the 350-1000. Just my guess.
  7. I also think the title is misleading. The 747-400 is dying off, wich is normal because a new model is here and let's face it, you always want the newest (a bit like those people who absolutly have to have everything apple brings out). But i think that you will see the 737 die sooner than the 747.
  8. Luke, i am your father :)
  9. Let's play a game. Keep this post at the top for as long as possible. BUMP!
  10. Jan, when i get the decal and i've checked to see it is the right size, i will surely provide you with a scan. But it can take some time as i am going on holiday as of saterday for 14 days, so i won't do any modelling. Also i forget things easely, so if you haven't heard from me on the first of july, pm so i remember.
  11. Yes, we are back. And i was worried that i f*cked something up with my computer.
  12. BTW, did you already remove the cockpitwindow decal from the sheet? If not, could you get me a scan of it. The one on the revell sheet is incorrect in size, so i'm hoping you have an aftermarket one. BTW, good look with the search.
  13. But my revell decal sheet with black windowdecals with silver frames. It just has the silver frames without the black inside. if that is the way they do all their A320 series kits, than contacting them won't do you any good, or am i seeing that wrong?
  14. I don't think that will help. I'm building the revell A320 and the decals are just silver windowframes, not black windows with silver windowframes.
  15. I can't wait to see the engineblades painted. I want to know if it will look the part (pretty sure it will). Keep the pictures coming, you're doing great.
  16. Here is a link to their site showing how they are already replacing the engines. She will fly again. I hope to see her once again. http://www.vulcantothesky.org/news/355/82/Hangar-pictures.html
  17. Allow me to disagree. If the plane is parked the elevators are pointing down. If wind hit that, it would push the nose down. I do agree with you on the center of gravety being back quite a bit. But i believe it lifts up because of the wings wich at the front aren't weighed down by the engine anymore requiring less speed to lift up.
  18. I hope my instructions are gonna be visible, so here we go. You typed the link to your pictures. To make them visible in your post you just ad [ IMG ] in front of the link and [ /IMG ] at the back of the link like so: [ IMG ]http://www.yourphoto.com/photo.jpg[ /IMG ] BUT!!! remove the spaces between the brackets and the IMG text. I posted a picture of a random plane belowe. if you hit the reply button on my comment, you can see a example of how it is done.
  19. Waw, very nice build. Love those markings. The Mig 21 is my favorite fighter. Just one question. Did you ever consider dirtying her up more? I think that would make her look even beter (if that is possible).
  20. Those United decals look great. I always loved the scheme. Do you have those for a DC10-10?
  21. Very nice pictures. Those are gonna be very useful for anyone who is building de zvezda kit and for people who are gonna build the revell version.
  22. Trust me, in Belgium, nobody ever mistakes Heineken for a beer, let alone a premium one. Not that i want to bring down dutch people or claim that there are no crappy Belgian beers, but Heineken just sucks compared to regular Belgian beers like Stella Artois or Jupiler. BTW, all this talk about beer is making me thirsty.
  23. The safety record speaks for itself really. Boeing has got a good plane there and a looker at that. Even i can't deny that, being an Airbus person myself.
  24. http://www.newser.com/story/146921/air-canada-engine-parts-fall-on-toronto-neighborhood.html Seems to be a lucky escape. You wouldn't want a chunck of that falling on your head.
