  1. First of all, happy new year to everyone. I'm currently building the Eduard 1/72 MiG-15bis, I unfortunately have no decals so I'm looking at various options. I found these profiles online, all are of Soviet aces in the Korean war. I was wondering if anyone has any additional painting schemes or pictures of any of the planes. Kind regards, Sven

  4. Hello guys, I'm preparing to start work on a 1/72 F/A-18C. Now, I already have Hasegawa's A version with bits needed to convert it to the C version. After further reading, most people seem to think that the Academy version is superior to the one by Hasegawa. Could someone articulate why is it so? Are there any major improvements in the Academy kit and should I consider buying it instead of using the Hasegawa one? Thanks and kind regards, Sven.
  5. Hello, for sale is a used Harder Steenbeck Infinity 2 in 1 Airbrush, it was used a dozen times (only acrylics) and cleaned after every use. 3 months ago it was professionally disassembled and completely cleaned inside out. It includes the 0.15 and 0.4 setup by far the best airbrush I've ever used. Unfortunately I have to let it go, the price is 280 USD shipped anywhere in the world, for pictures or any questions feel free to PM me, it is this airbrush; http://www.chicagoairbrushsupply.com/infinity-2-in-1-from-harder-steenbe.html Kind regards and best wishes, Sven.

  7. Hey guys, I plan on building a Vietnamese MiG-21PFM for the upcoming Vietnam war GB and was wondering if this set if worth the money or is there another good combination of aftermarket parts for this model? I have decals and my budget for aftermarket is around 70$, any help would be kindly appreciated. Kind regards.
  8. Very cool release, can't wait to get my hands on one! Kind regards, Sven.
  9. Yep, looks awesome. I like the planes sleek and simple look with just a few panel lines. You however managed to do a great job on highlighting those and weathering it just enough. I love your photography too, very cool!! Kind regards.
  10. Yep, very cool! I just love seeing any Iraqi or any form of Esoteric Armour. Too bad more people don't do subjects like these, seems that the mainstream stuff is more popular. Anyways great job, the weathering is done very well, the color also looks spot one, what brand did you use?? I hope you do more models of similar subjects. Kind regards and best wishes, Sven.
  11. Oh by the way, I'm limited to a European credit card with no Paypal so I'm not sure if all online shops will accept that?? Kind regards, Sven.
  12. Hi Guys, I just recently moved to the Minnesota, USA. I unfortunately don't have my modelling supplies so I can't do any models. However I would like to continue reading on War history/Tanks/Plans and buy some Modelling Magazines, could someone recommend me some good online bookshop that has a good selection of stuff that may be of interest to modellers. How are your experiences with amazon?? Kind regards and thanks in advance, Sven.
  13. I'd go with either Argentina or Germany.
  14. Great work on both painting and weathering!
  15. I don't really think so. I'm 16 and am yet to find someone my age actually really interested in models and planes. However games like world of tanks and warthunder are making them more popular to the younger people (as they are the one who usually spend their time playing games). But I hope at one point they will become more popular and there will be more younger people making models. Kind regards, Sven.
