Hi, This review was written some 10 years ago and presents first J-22 Orao issue, after this, another two reissues were produced, each one upgraded and accurised. Fourth Orao "incarnation" is now prepared using digital drawings acquired directly from real plane design team and will be accurate as much as resin modeling technology allows. RGDS Supercuber

Aeropoxy 1/72 Orao is put on heavy redesign/retooling treatment and hope will be available within a few months. Decals, made by Lift Here decals are done, master parts are finished, but fine tunning and tooling will take few months. Will announce it once its ready for market.

Rogozarski IK-3 finished too,

Ikarus IK-2 finished, gloss finish is used on real IK-2 also, so, shiny effect is not a mistake.

Step by step, building the wing struts/uc legs and braces, trimmed to proper lenght and superglued. Fuselage side windows glued using Loctite glue, Vertical tail bracing wires, 0,3mm steel wire,( control line flying models wire), superglued. Just few touches need on paint scheme and corrections on main wheels, will be airbrushed using circle made from masking film. And some colour notes, photo taken under the fluo light and using flash, Latest one is better representation of paints used on this model.

Just few things, decals, weathering and clear cote spray need to be done.

And some work on props, pre painted parts, Finished,

More work on the canopy glazing, Glued with epoxy glue(slow setting), rested overnight , and secured wuth few strips of masking film. Brush painted, Damn macro mode on my Canon , every dust particle is visible.

and now Rogozarski IK-3, Canopy frame applied using masking film as a transfer medium, And cut around the frame, Dry fit, perfect, Spinner turned with Dremell, and polished spiner, prior the paintwork, First layer of Ochre paint applied, Initial paintwork completed, More pics will follow,

Current double quick build , started this weekend, Ikarus IK-2 and Rogozarski IK-3 1/48 scale resin kits by AEROPOXY , Royal Yugoslav Air Force WW II fighters. Both kits airframes assembled, sprayed with Gray filler/primer spray, polished and ready for paintwork. Ikarus IK-2 vacform canopy with Cool Frame die cut self adhesive frame applied(and used as a guide to cut it accurate) And canopy dry fit, not bad, at all. Some airbrushing pics, Same paints were used for IK-3 too. Paintwork done, More pics will follow,
