  1. Ken : Thank you... I didn't go anywhere actually. I was building multiple Indonesian aircrafts which I think it would make most modelers here bored if I uploaded them here... :) I do agree in what Ken said regarding Hasegawa Flanker. It was quite fun to build but speaking of accuracy, well... Niki, Thank you. It is Scale Nutz decal I used. Dragan_mig31 & Mario : thank you... appreciate it.
  2. Hi all, This is my recent build, the Hasegawa Su-27 Flanker, painted in Indonesian camouflage. I hope you'll enjoy it Regards, Alex
  3. Thanks for the nice words, all. Polar Bear : the Indonesian T-50i is basically an F/A-50, Fighter and Light Attack aircraft. All of the features of the F/A-50 are in the T-50i. Main difference is the top of the fin which is flat (like F-16's fin) instead of the original T-50's cropped fin. Other features are RWR on wings, formation lights and antennas. ChippyWho : thank you.... :)
  4. Hello all, First of all... Happy New (Modeling) Year 2015 ! This is my first model completed in 2015, although it was started in 2014. It's an Academy kit in 1/48, modified and painted as the Indonesian AF T-50i Golden Eagle. Full review and more pictures will be sent to ARC soon. For the time being... enjoy the photos. Regards from Indonesia....
  5. Steve, My prayers are with you and your wife. I hope she will be OK soon.... Regards Alex
  6. Of course Ken... It's the most accurate one in any scale ! :rolleyes:/> Yes, I'm still working on my Zvezda, but (as usual) getting distracted to many other projects like the new Hasegawa Su-35S.... Come on Ken, we are waiting for your new Flankers.... just amazing to see your Flanker family growing...:worship:/>
  7. thank you Mario & Joel... it was FUN, indeed...
  8. Nothing to say more.... This is the one ! Converted from Hasegawa Egg Plane Su-33 Flanker-D, I removed the canards, scratchbuilt the nose wheel, added pitot, refueling lights, removed some panels over wings dan stabs... To Flanker Masters over there, dare you say that this is not accurate ? :-p Cheers.....!!
  9. I believe the Aggressors are Block 30, which have different wheels, etc....
  10. The build and the level of your skill is amazing ! I just feel that the patchy works is too uniform on a Tomcat. It's more like a painted camouflage than patchy colors due to maintenance works. Other than that, I admire your modeling skill... Regards,
  11. Is it a1/32 scale for Academy kit ?
  12. Thanks Joel, Aigore &Fly-n-hi... Can't say much about accuracy, though... it's been written in the www.yf-23.net if you are interested.
  13. Great build, Darren.... I've built mine some 30 years ago and still remember that it was fun.
  14. Hello... This is my latest build, the Hobby Boss 1/48 YF-23 with Caracal Models' decal. The model was done straight forward without any drama. Fitting was generally good, except the wing-to-fuselage joint which need more attention. The details are very good, especially the cockpit and wheels. I won't say about accuracy as I pressume many of you have ever heard about it.. :rolleyes:/>/> Now to the pictures .... Thanks for stopping by...:cheers:/>/>
  15. Ken, What color did you use for the Flanker's landing gear struts, wheel wells and intakes ? Is it a standard color for all Flanker ? Thanks Alex
  16. Godspeed ! My deepest condolences to his family....
  17. or at least, Tamiya includes the pylons only (and the locations) without the weapons which can be obtained from other sources.... :soapbox:/>
  18. Got mine yesterday and wondering which scheme should I put on this CJ to make it nice without any gasbags and armaments hanging? I mean a CJ without HTS and HARMs or GBUs.... :bandhead2:/>
