Oh, I see, Iswahjudi is not so far from Surakarta, Jawa timur.
I remember, when I was in Bandung last year and we had prewedding fotoshooting. We went out of Bandung to Lembang, "Lembah Bougenvile Resort" that belongs to a former TNI-AU pilot and you could see pictures from him near T-38 (training in USA) and TNI-AU F-5. But don't ask me about his name...
The scheme you talk about must be the "blue spot scheme", having the same colors, right, like USAF "new blue".
Are the F-5 fleet still in service?
You are right, it's about 1,5 hours drive from Surakarta. The color is very similar to USAF "New Blue", but after repainted the colors are a little bit "paler" than the original. And yes, our F-5 fleet is still very much in service.

There will be markings for TNI-AU Hawks on one of the sheets - I will get in contact with you shortly!
I am waiting.... :)

Beautiful Tiger, Alex!
Could you please tell me what colors you use for painting?
Thanks.... I used Gunze Light Blue, Testors FS 35237 and Flanker Blue Grey.

Very nice, good job! Indonesian aircrafts are seldom to see as a model. I thought that camo scheme just consists of 2 colors like the F-16 but I see 3 colors there!? Is it special for the F-5E?
can you tell us to which squadron it belonged and where it was stationed?
Thanks !.
It is painted in wraparound 3 colors, similar to USAF "New Blue" Aggressor Tigers. Our F-16 was also painted in similar camouflage from 1990 - 1996, but now in grey-green camouflage started in 2000. F-5E/F is served in 14th Squadron, Iswahjudi AFB.

The numbers on fin and the squadron title are wrong in size. I didn't correct them and used it as is.

Hi,
I built this OOB, only used local-printed Indonesian AF decal. This is a great kit and nothing to complain about. I used Chilean box to make IdAF version.
Thanks for looking

Hi...
I built this OOB with old Superscale decal which has many inaccuracies. Bombs are from Hasegawa set.
Thanks !

One of the best - both service and price, IMHO

Thank you Brian...
I will try to use ESCI part to my AFV. I hope it will fit.
Alex
I might have the Revell or Esci one. Let me know if you are interested if so, then I will try to locate them.
I know for sure, I have the main canopy for either Esci or Revell thats for sure..........

I didn't do WIP unfortunately. I always forget to take pictures when doing my kits.
You are right, the rubber wheels are still too shiny. I've tried to sand them down but still too shiny...
Anyway, thanks for the critics.
Awesome!, is there a place where we can see the WIP?, I would like to replicate your weathering.
Since this is critique corner I would like to mention the wheels, tires look too shiny in contrast with the rest of the aircraft, I can say it because my tires look the same, I'm still looking for a technique to make them look better.
Regards!

I used Gunze's Dark Ghost Grey for the main body color and Gunze's surfacer grey for the gear wells...
Question about your build: what color did you use for the main body grey, and what color did you paint the gear wells?

I used Italeri Fulcrum's decal...
That looks great!
What decal brand did you use?
