  1. MBD-2 only tested.Not suitable for precise bombing. They were mainly used 2xODAB-500 and in night plus 2xOSAB-100 or 4xOFAB-250 or 4xRBK-250.FAB-500-62 used mainly Su-17. The first versions of the Su-25 could not combine different types bombs and rockets.The same was one type rockets or cannon pods. See my link and file Afghanistan.   3. No, there were none in Afghanistan. The R-195 engines were used only on the T8-15 prototype, presented at the Paris air show in 1989, and on the BM version. The last few Su-25s produced also had the ability to use these engines. But not used, and the rebuilding of the older version was abandoned

  10. Continued... It was easier . I decided on red 08. All UTG was rebuild Su-25UB.Camo therefore a must for UB ... I sprayed all surfaces with light grey blue. And finally camouflage. PLS don't use camo from instruction!!! All are bad. And I provided them with complete documentation for all camo .... 🥵 This camo is only for red 08. I starting....   11. I started building this model a long time ago. So just a few details from the construction. Originally it was to be for UBM Peru. But when Kovozávody Prostejov released their version,I couldn't resist buying it. But it was a big mistake!!! From resin correction parts is OK only hook. Stabilizers are right and have the right shape, but bad profile. I had prepared for UBM, so I use them.I added some details on rudder and new covers before airbrakes. Need adjusted fairings for flaps and made new fairinds control ailerons.
  12. Your idea is Su-17M-3 or M-4 from Afghanistan? For the Su-17M-4 in Afghanistan was the standard for recon missions only KKR-1 . Sometimes drop tanks, but they were not needed. They flew on short missions. For night is sometimes used bombs OsAB-100 or FP-100. OsAB-100 is 100kg parachute lighting bomb and FP-100 (photo-patron) is flash bomb. But they weren't very effective and revealed the position of recon plane. On combat missions carred usually cluster bombs RBK-500. Under belly remained pylons for KKR.   14. SRY of writing and now, I had a lot of work. The front of the fuselage have HB and KH almost the same. The difference is in the middle and rear of the fuselage. There is a KH completely out. For me KH is just nicely created sh..t. Bad shapes and bad angles.Missing parts. Well, I need a lot of aftermarkets. I have a nice army pension, money is no problem. But why should I invest in repairs? For the price of KH with need aftermarkets I have two HB. And the result is almost the same. In addition, there is not as much work on HB as on KH
