Mavs are seldom carried from what the pilots tell me. I've also seen lightning pod, 1 jdam, and 1 gbu, leaving an open pylon ( not counting sidewinder rails) AMRAAMs are tested and work on Harriers but are not issued as I believe upgrades need to be made for squadron birds.
