  1. Thanks guys. Don, I'll use the tape and small sharp scissors method as you suggested. I'm really taking my time on this one since it was my grandfathers. I'm nowhere on the level of most of the people on this forum, but I've picked up some nice tips along the way. A compressor and spray gun is at the top of my list! Gotta start somewhere.   3. Hello everyone. I recently inherited numerous model airplanes from my grandfather who recently passed away. He taught me the art of model building back in the 80's and I've kept up on it here and there over the years. I have a 6 year old boy that I'd like to pass on the knowledge that my grandfather taught me. I want to make sure that I do my grandfather justice by building his models to the highest standard.
