Definitely a nice score on the X-Wing. I'm not sure if you're aware or not but the ICONS X-Wing is prone to "wing droop". I hope it's just the light distortion through the acrylic that I'm seeing or is there already a slight droop?

Hi all, I have Italeri's 1/48 F-22 and F-18F and I'm wondering about aftermarket parts for them. I already have the Blackbox cockpit set for the Super Hornet which is made for the Italeri kit however most everything I'm seeing now are for the Academy or Hasegawa kits. Does anyone know if any of these aftermarket parts can be made to fit the kits I have. I also have a couple of Academy F-111C kits and am having the same issue as everything is made for the Hobbyboss kit. Has anyone retro-fitted the Eduard cockpit set, meant for the HB kit, into the Academy kit? TIA

In regards to the TIE Shuttle if this is the shuttle Captain Needa takes to apologise to Vader then the wings canter outwards. All of the sets I've seen are either for the Hasegawa or Revell kits. Can these same upgrades be used for the Italeri kit though?

Great to hear you're back, Mike and just when I'm wanting a set of 1/48 intakes for my Eighteen as well. The timing couldn't have been better.

Can anyone tell me if there are any after-market accessories for the Italeri 1/48 F-18E/F/G at all? I'm specifically looking for cockpit upgrades and intakes. I know Two Mikes Resin makes a set of intake trunks for the 1/48 Hasegawa E/F/G that can be modified to suit but can this be done with ANY other intakes such as Rhino? Also, does anyone know what accessories that were meant for OTHER kits CAN be modified to fit the Italeri kit? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Dean

Hi everyone I just bought a 1/48 Revell A-6 Intruder through a private sale and found it's missing two small parts and I'm hoping someone can get me out of trouble here. The parts missing are: Part 45 - Ejection seat top handle Part 85 - dumb bomb half without fuse If anyone has these spare can you please let me know. Love the series but a shame they did only 2 seasons.

Keep your eye on Revell. They are releasing a new range of Star Wars models and it appears they have the molds from Fine Molds and will be re-releasing some models very soon which means they should be cheaper than FM's original prices.

I was under the impression that the Super Bug jugs were the same as the standard classic F-18. If that IS the case then you could use ANY F-18 tanks in the same scale.

The AMT KC-135A was also released under the Esci/ERTL brand in the mid 90's as well.
