  1. Hey guys, big thread bump here but I finally got an Etsy shop up with some of my smaller to medium sized prints available with many more on the way: https://www.etsy.com/shop/redwolfillustrations?ref=simple-shop-header-name&listing_id=895546454 Appreciate the continued support over all these years!
  2. Finally finished this Blacksheep A-4M, the downtime from the quaratine definitely helped.. hope everyone is staying safe during the craziness
  3. Some progress on this USMC A-4M Skyhawk from VMA-214 'Blacksheep' I started 3 years ago
  4. Thanks truly! I believe attitude is the most important element to being successful at anything in life, and art is no exception. I know Wades work very well, I've been following him for years and really admire the amount of time and effort he puts into not just the pieces themselves but the actual mechanics of creating them like setting up the reference points for objects and shadows. I recommend looking at some other fantastic aviation painters like RG Smith, Rick Herter, Mark Waki and William S Phillips. I've always found the simplicity of pencil more appealing and I have tremendous respect
  5. Thanks alot and while I definitely think it would be refreshing to experiment with a different medium, I've always been an avid fan of the versatility of pencil and I want to contribute as much as I can to that relatively small body of work. There are some fantastic painters out there who produce exceptional aviation artwork but very few pencil artists that are making quality pieces despite the high demand for them, and want to help add to it as much as I can.
  6. Jesus thats a painting?? I had to do a double take to make sure it wasn't a digital render, phenomenal work on this!!
  7. Wow fantastic work! Love your shading style and your detail!
  8. Thanks for the encouraging words, I have done a handful of color projects but the vast majority have been in graphite. I am debating picking up a paint brush and taking it for a test drive at some point
  9. Just recently discovered this old OT Viper in my drawer and decided to finally wrap it up. My artistic style has definitely changed over the years! https://www.deviantart.com/sketchh22/art/F-16-85th-TES-Completed-819621405?ga_submit_new=10%3A1573754828&ga_type=edit&ga_changes=1
  10. Outstanding work on this Phantom!! The weathering and details are superb, regardless of what anyone says the F-4 was a gorgeous brick of an aircraft and the WW was always my fav variant. You did this one justice 👍
  11. Excellent work!! Gotta have it displayed upside down 😉
  12. Well done! The Blacksheep have some of the best looking jets in the fleet
  13. I seriously doubt Iran will have a role in TGM. First off, there have been leaked photos of an F-14 used in filming which had special markings, none of which resembled Iranian Tomcats. And second, before the DOD assists with any script they thoroughly review it OPSEC and public image purposes, and I guarantee they would not support a film that had Iran as a player due to the current political climate. Good example was back when 20th Century Fox originally asked the DOD for support on the first Independence Day, they liked the script and were going to help but wanted any reference to Area 51 re
