Nice pic of dad, thank him for his service from me, I'm a novice here and not really up on all the tech so my question is the s58 four rotor used on the s55 instead of the 3 blade? greg

I have one question while looking at the advertisers I found this one and since these are in my scale I wonder where is the rest of the plane? http://store.spruebrothers.com/product_p/defds24003.htm greg

I need help with deck details in 1/72nd scale. I am doing a diorama of the USS Midway circa 1980's and need to know what diameter the tie down holes would be and what is the distance between them. greg

Wow maybe Ytown's thunder over the valley might be bigger than Cleveland. Glad I went this year, who knows what will be around in 5 years when the Tbirds might be back to Ytown greg

Talked to the 'captain' and he said it would be easier just to replace the front mast completely so does anyone have spare parts for this kit greg
-
Yes I believe that is the kit, I will ask about what parts, thanks for the quick reply greg
-
Helping a friend fix his Revell Constitution that ran into some bad weather (daughter) To repair it we are looking for the front mast spar. Anyone have extra parts greg
-
I also have this kit, had no idea about the blades, If your not keen on the yellow try another scheme, just do a google search, I built the original kit when I heard Los Angeles fire was evaluating and testing the actual planes and I thought I would make a fictional one with the LACFD paint scheme. I used the decals from the 1/48 copter kit greg

Thanks for the info. I thought it may be a pitot tube so it is hollow? The tube was lost in the damage so I'm thinking some type of hypo needle. Any idea what diameter (in 1:1 scale), and I have seen a tapered version and a segmented version greg
