  1. Hello all, It's time to go all Marie Kondo and embrace a more minimalist lifestyle, so a mega chunk of the stash must go! I will be adding more to this list on a weekly or fortnightly basis, so stay tuned for changes! Unless stated otherwise, all kits are unmade and unstarted, with all contents present and intact (however, most of the boxes have a range of crush and scuff injuries, having been through many moves). I can provide detailed photos of all kit boxes and contents upon request. I am in Canberra, Australia and am generally happy to sell to
  2. Here are some profiles (bearing in mind all the usual caveats regarding profiles with no photographic back-up...) The first, second and fourth aircraft in this picture are all pre-Dec 1941 birds: The top one in this picture is also China-based: Same aircraft (option 'A' in the picture above) here - http://www.platz-hobby.com/images/ae13_02.jpg and http://www.platz-hobby.com/images/ae13_03.jpg And, some photos: http://www.warbirdphotographs.com/Navy
  3. Discounting all the crap on top of the wing, does this South Korean bird still have puttied upper wing surfaces?
  4. Forwarding on from a post in Britmodeller: Does anybody out there have any pictures, or information in general, on A-24 Banshees that participated in the 1941 GHQ manoeuvres in Louisiana? If so, my chief questions are: 1. Did these aircraft have white (or red) crosses on the wings? If so, where on the wings? 2. What tail markings did these aircraft have (size and colour of serials and unit designators, etc.)? 3. Does anybody have any other photos of these aircraft? If so, can you please share? To date, I have only found one picture, which has a pretty ragged and incomplete-looking
  5. Sorry about that - that'll teach me not to just skim through the opening posts! I'll try and dig up the Japanese colour numbers for the current transport scheme - but it may take a little time. In the meantime - if not already seen, here is some info regarding S28-852. The RGB values for S28-852 are 141, 179, 206 and the HEX code is #8DB3CE. The LRV for Japan S28-852 is 42.46. If you're in the US, you can buy a tin/spray can of S28-852 from this lot: https://www.myperfectcolor.com/paint/55826-japan-s28-852 (if I can find the correct colours for the curr
  6. Yeah, the so-called Elang Biru (Blue Eagles) scheme, which was only applied to a small number of aircraft used for display purposes while the remainder stayed in Blue Spot/Millennium.
  7. I believe that when they changed from the first multi-colour scheme, they called it the 'Dual tone' or 'Millennium' scheme. From: http://defense-studies.blogspot.com/2020/04/camo-baru-f-16ab-tni-au.html (you'll have to run your own internet translations)! Skema warna (camo) pesawat F-16 TNI AU telah beberapa kali mengalami pergantian. Berikut ini adalah camo pesawat sesuai periodisasinya. Periode 1989 - 1996 (Blue Spot Delivery Scheme) Pada periode kedatangan warna pesawat terdiri dari kamuflase biru-abu-abu tiga-nada (three-tone blue-grey). Periode 1996 - 2

  9. A rough 'n ready internet translation of this page (https://www.taringa.net/+apuntes_y_monografias/douglas-a-4q-en-la-armada-argentina_13j8kc) says "In September 1982 this strange scheme consisting of a light brown base with a dark brown mottling was tested. As far as it is known, only the 3-A-309 was painted in this way and subjected to evaluation tests, finally this camouflage was not adopted". And here's a fellow modeller's take on the same aircraft: https://maquetas.mforos.com/353330/11136403-a4-q-3-a-309-atigrado-1-48/
  10. I know it's a late response - sorry. Perhaps you could match the colours to some of the shades listed here: https://www.mod.go.jp/atla/nds/Z/Z8201E.pdf Otherwise: https://www.drawdecal.com/jasdf-2019-scheme-c130hs-released/ and and
