I didn't realize the DACO books had gone through the roof as well. We've gotten spoiled to some of these excellent reference books we have available now. Keep in touch as you go through this build, I've done two F-15C and E they can be a bit of a pain.

I wonder about a "Go Fund Me" effort to cover the initial cost of the print. Don't know much about how these programs work but if enough of us, along with Reid Publications of course, could come to an agreement we could entice them into a reprint. Something along the lines of if "X" people forward "X" dollars each it guarantees you a copy of the book. Just a thought...ducking for cover. Randy

Man, I almost pulled the trigger on one awhile ago! Just $999! Maybe when it gets down $500 or so I'll get it.

I have all the Walkaround, In Action, and old black and white photo books I can shelve. Is there a book that compares to the detail found in the Reid or DACO books for the F-15? Gotta be something out there. Randy

I've learned a long time ago sometimes it's easier to just buy a really good book over hours and hours of searching for pictures and printing them out. With that said, I'm looking for a copy of the Reid Air Publications 'The Modern Eagle Guide' as I'm building a Tamiya 1/32 F-15C. I've found it online for $5800+...yes fifty eight hundred dollars. That's just beyond stupid. Haven't quite solidified a livery for the bird but I'm leaning toward the Aztec blue/grey/whitish camo. If you have a copy that your not using, have used, forgot about and found, I'd like to make a reasonable deal. h
