  6. Binghamton, NY. Everyone wants to put p in it. We're also the home of Rod Serling too. Rob, I use the local libraries a lot, so I should be able to get there for you.
  7. My hometown is the birthplace of the Link trainer. It might take me a little bit to get there, but one of our libraries has the book. We also have 2 Link Trainers locally as well.

F/A-18F update for Hasegawa 1/48 kits

This is the best price I've found on a Growler, or F-18F: https://smile.amazon.com/Hasegawa-1-48-EA-18G-Growler/dp/B004OSIKVA/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1515936563&sr=8-4&keywords=18+growler Avionix/Black Box has a late model cockpit as well. If you watch Amazon, you can find Avionix stuff at really good prices. I think I got mine for 12$ or so.

    Executive Officer Kane - Alien

If your looking for 1-1 scale reference, they used chicken breast for the scene where the egg opened and Kane looked in.

    The Book Thread

That's an excellent book. Check out "War of the Rats" by David Robbins. A fictionalized account of Zaitsev and Stalingrad. It compliments Zaitsev's book.

Best panel wash, non enamel based?

I use Roy Sutherland's recipe. 50/50 Future and water. A couple drops of your favorite color of Tamiya paint, and a drop or two of Liquitex flow aid. Apply over a lacquer of enamel based gloss/semi gloss. You can then use a swab and Windex to clean up if needed. It will work over an acrylic gloss as well, just need to be careful using Windex to clean it up.

Looking for reference pics of F-14 intakes.

Check here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/133600999@N07/albums/72157672955408356/page1 and here: https://www.facebook.com/Gunfighter-Models-599423356891663/ Verlinden's F-14 walk around book also has some good intake shots.
