  1. Im looking for close matches for the main cockpit color and the green for the wheels. I prefer Model Master paints as they are the only paints i have access to locally. Thanks for any and all help!
  2. ok, i use Model master Enamels with my air brush and i have a half gallon of automotive lacquer thinner left over from when i repainted the engine bay of my car. Can i use it to thin MM enamels for my air brush? or should i use something else?
  3. Hello all, i know there's a pinned thread for parts requisitioning, but i thought i'd get more response from a single thread. As the title says, i'm looking for some 1/48 Hase NACA gun vents. Thanks for looking! Dan

  8. If I make it down to Atlanta for the show, I'd most gladly display my tomcat :P. But, being only 16 and dependant on my father still wanting to go when the time comes, my chances are iffy. Either way, I'm gonna try my hardest to get down there, even if that means saving all my pay checks untill then and funding the whole damn thing!! Dan
  9. I agree with Pierre, those exhaust ereas are extremely ezquisid (spelling?) Dan
  10. I'm not 100% sure on this, but... On real aircraft, the Afterburner section and the inside of the nozzles are coated with a white ceramic material. But like i said, i might be wrong. I hope i helped Dan
  11. Yep, I clean my AB after every use. I first spray thinner through it. Then i break it down and clean it with isopropyl alcahol and cue tips. And the flat paints always appear to spray alot better than gloss for some reason. Any ideas as to why?? Thanks!!! Dan
  12. Hello all, I have the Paasche H airbrush, and havent sprayed much with it. I've done some flat paints, and some gloss paints. So far, the flat paints have given me NO problems what so ever. But when i go to spray gloss paints, and future. The paint doesnt come out very well, it kinda splatters. It isnt a fine mist like the other times. What could be causing this, and how can i fix it? BTW, i'm using MM enamels. Thanks in Advance!!! Dan
  13. I just painted up the CAM pit for it and am about ready to install it. Prolly once i finish my CT-155....soooo close to being done. Dan
