  1. No, sadly thats something I often neglect to do, although on my more recent shoots, I try to remember to take a few steps back, and shoot a few more pictures. I may have some pictures from a friend of mine of this same bird to post up, I have to email him and see what he has to offer Steve
  2. Hi Guys, I posted up some pictures of a P40B that I took in Pensacola at the US Naval Aviation Museum, in 2001 onto my website tonight. The URL is http://nahobbies.com/photoarchives/photoarchivep40b.htm Next up, will be a photo shoot of a P40E that I did this summer in Oshkosh, that has not been published anywhere on the internet yet! Steve
  3. Hi Gang, Can any of you point me towards pictures of the C-47 "Fassberg Flyer"? I wouldn't mind pictures of the restored one in Germany, but I'd love some period photos. My search has turned up rather empty on this one, and I just picked up the Revell of Germany 1/72 C-47 kit that has great looking decals for this bird. Steve
  4. Floyd, the old Lindburg Pogo kit had a gear assembly that does what you speak of  Steve
  5. I have three of them here for sale, left over from the nats, any takers? Steve
  6. Takes two to tango! Nighthawk is great to deal with as well! Steve
  7. It had a small enough wingspan to fit on the elevators of the carriers that it needed to. when down in the below deck hangers, they would actually suspend some of them in the air and leave some on the floor, to get enough in the hanger at one time. Steve
  8. Yeah, sorry about the misrepresenation LOL I didn't see em when I was typing up the list, but later, looked in the box, and they were down in the corner. Enjoy the kit! ((ps. Ed's a top notch bloke himself!! )) Steve
  9. After a recent deal with Geoff, I will second that motion!! :D THANKS Geoff!! Steve
  10. Hey Sarge, yup got it. I'm still working on a few details, but I have a 1/48 Hase Tomcat here, and an Aires F-14A cockpit set to go with it. Will probably try to add one or two more things to the stack, make an ultimate Tomcat package up for you! Lemme know if you have any ideas for additional goodies.... maybe burner cans and a sheet of decals? Steve
  11. Hey Sarge, I have a couple kits I can put towards the prizes for you. Steve
  12. Emil rounded up a sheet of decals I was after and shipped em out in absolute nuclear event proof packaging, in advance of the payment! Thank You!!
  13. I have to add forum leader Ken Middleton to this list, if he isn't already on it. Ken contacted me with an offer to sell a kit I was looking for in the classified ads, struck a fair deal on the kit, and had it in my hands in 3 days flat, one of them being Sunday! Thanks Ken! Steve
  14. Here be a few additions to some of the names listed thus far..... Patrick Keenan Pat Perales Al Creamer Jack "Bug" Zeleznik Greg Wise Brad Duck "Styrene" Gene Onako, Jr Brad Chun Mike Valdez Koen L.
