  1. Thanks again to all who responded with advice. Matt - thanks for the link - I even found a build using the tail markings and in the three colour camoflage. Those guys take their '109s seriously! Geoff - I have always had an interest in all things mechanical and have a variety of kits and scales in my collection.   2. Gentlemen, thanks for the info, I have some thinking to do..... My intentions for the build have changed since I started the kit, which is actually boxed as a "C" with the shark mouth nose art. The main reason is that I found an old Aeromaster decal sheet (48-019) with the prewar red tailband and swastika in a white circle, which I would like to use.   3. Hi, I am working on my first 1/48 scale aircraft model (I am a car and bike guy), a Hobbycraft Bf 109B. I am thinking of using Model Master acrylics for paint. They have the required RLM shades at my local Hobby store. Has anyone here used this brand and is the colour reasonably accurate? I have been told that the paint needs stirring well and not to judge it by the colour seen through the glass bottle on the shelf. I do have one tin of each RLM 02, 76,70 & 71 in Xtracolour enamels which I found at a Vancouver store, and which is no longer stocking this brand. I am saving these for a Ju8
