Gary, is there any chance of you doing the F-4E/G/K/M Belly Strap in 1/48th Scale. I know my favourite scale of !/72nd is probably out of the question, but I do have a couple of F-4Gs to do as they were aircraft originally used by the Royal Australian Air Force. Thanks Phil Hastie Canberra, Australia.

Great Wall Hobby F-15C MSIP II (4817) Ordnance?
Draggie748 replied to Curt B's topic in Jet Modeling
Anyone noticed that the instructions would have you put the main undercarriage units in the wrong side, i.e. LHS in RHS and vice-versa. 😡 Cheers Phil -
Caracal Sheet CD72034 Return of the Reaper
Draggie748 replied to Draggie748's topic in Caracal Models
Thanks Kursad. -
Kursad, Does this sheet come with an insert for the vehicle numnbers for the USAF aircraft or are they missing from the sheet? I purchased one yesterday at a show and there were no numbers for the USAF aircraft on it or a place for them, unlike the 1/48th scale sheet which has them on it. Cheers Phil Hastie Canberra, Australia.

Thanks, the picture shows the correct C model wheels.

Thanks for this Murph, now I can continue with painting the correct wheeels. Cheers Phil

When would F-15A MSIP aircraft have got C model wheels? I actually need to know if the two Massachusetts ANG 9-11 scramblers had A or C model wheels at that time. Thanks for your time and help with this question Cheers Phil Hastie Canberra, Australia "The Nation's Capital"

So this sheet doesn't have the badge on the port side that you posted above? Cheers Phil Hastie Canberra, Australia The Nation's Capital

1/72 F-16C-25 Vermont ANG (very worn bird)
Draggie748 replied to Andrew D. the Jolly Rogers guy's topic in Critique Corner
Nice job Andrew, now I don't know whether I'll do mine as that bird or another one with those decals. 😄 -
I believe that only the Nth Dakota and Minnesota ANG units had these wheels as they were introduced around the middle of F-16C Blk 30 production. Though I maybe wrong with this assumption. HTH Phil Canberra, Australia.

1/72 Hasegawa F-16C 162nd Fighter Squadron
Draggie748 replied to Bill Staudt's topic in In-Progress Pics
Bill, Check that the decals are the correct size. My sheet had a lot of the aircraft numbers for the refuelling markings in 1/48th scale on the 1/72nd sheet. There was a small replacement sheet for that aircraft as my Panthers were also in 1/48th scale not 1/72nd. HTH Phil Hastie Canberra Australia -
They do supply separate pieces for the tailhook without the fairing in the kit, or at least in the F-15C MSIP II "173rd Fighter Wing" Academy - Nr. 12506 boxing they have. Much closer to correct than the new release from Hasegawa with the Oregon show bird, which doesn't even have the updated aerials or modified tailhook parts in it. Still the same kit from when it was first released. Cheers Phil

18 WG 44FS (ZZ) F-15C Decals in 72nd Scale
Draggie748 replied to Glynn Jacobs's topic in Jet Modeling
Try the Academy F-15C Oregon ANG boxing in 1/72 scale, I think they have either 67th or 44th FS lo-vis markings. I gave mine away. HTH Phil Hastie -
YUM YUM. More 1/72nd Viper love. I just wish some of the other manufacturers would also scale down their 48th scale offerings as well.

Thanks Gents.

Nice one Larry. There should have been plenty of real ones around where you hangout, oh that's right they're the wrong model. LOL! Cheers Phil Hastie Canberra, Australia

I agree with this sentiment. I would like to see all the recent F-16 decals from Speedhunter Decals reduced to 1/72 scale. Not every one in the world models in big scales. Over half the world's modelling population models in 1/72 scale or smaller.

LF EA-7L 1/72 Decals
Draggie748 replied to I.Martin's topic in The Spares Box - add scale to your title
I. Martin, Which scheme from the sheet do you want? I have the sheet and will probably only use one of the EA-7L schemes. I'm leaning towards the Hi-Vis scheme for myself but am willing to change my mind if you want it. PM me with you chosen scheme and postal address. Cheers Phil -
