Hello All I am trying to fix a problem I partially created myself. I painted and I am at the decals stage of an Academy F-8E and I was using the decals provided in the box for the stencils, these proved to have very little adhesion power and I lost quite a few on the tail. I have a superscale sheet for the markings but I don't have a replacement decals for the stencil. I had a look online but I can't seem to find a stencil decal sheet for Crusaders, does anybody knows if there is a decal sheet only of stencils for the Crusader in 1/72.

As already requested above I think the fuselage insert to make a RF-104G is a must, a good Italian Orpheus pod would be nice too (Italeri has an injected one in their last 104 but I don't know how it is) the new panel of ASA-M would be nice too, and all the other mods I don't remember at the moment Cheers Paolo

MiG 15 definitively in the vaporware category, it is like 5 years they are saying , it is coming it is coming. Also I will believe in any Eduard 1/72 new kit only when I touch it, from my point of view they are down the "luxury" kit avenue and 1/72 isn't in their plans. I will say once again like a broken disk I find very strange nobody is producing 1/72 sheets of F-8 and A-7, after a lot of time we got new tools kits but no new decals old supescale decals are truly not an option since most of them don't are of the same quality of what could be available today. Hi, a couple of pics of a model I started almost a year ago, it spent a lot of time sitting on a shelf almost finished till I had a little time to finish it up. On the afternoon of the 12th of July Lt. Preddy and 5 others from 9th pursuit squadron, 49th group were flying a training mission, close to Darwin, Preddy and 2 other would act as Japanese bombers while the other would train in ways to intercept them. While training Lt Sauber probably blinded by the sun collided with Lt. Preddy plane, both plane went out of control and spiralled to the ground. Lt. Preddy was able to bale out.

I completely agree and I am quite disappointed by the fact Eduard left completely 1/72 after some very nice ww1 kits, will we ever see the MiG-15? Cheers Paolo

Since I added a pic of the yet to be painted 104, I just tought it would be fair to post a couple of the more advanced one, it is not yet finished but is close, it miss some bits and I have to fix a couple of things like the silvered red band on the black tail, I also have to try another time to wrap a red decal on the nose probe, I tried twice and was very taxing to my nervous sistem sliding, moving, etc etc, till ripping, I will try again but I don't think I will be able to do that. Canopy isn't very good either but I can live with it, I hope the other one will be better Cheers, happy
