  1. Space restrictions make it necessary for me to unload a number of kits from my stash. Priced to move. For a complete Excel spreadsheet, either respond with contact information to this post or send your email address to Email me and I'll get the information to you ASAP. (I'm in the St. Louis area.) Terms: Will Ship USA Only. Check, Money Order or Cashier's Check. Sorry, no PayPal. Buyer pays all shipping (calculated separately) and will advise. I can provide digital images of the kit and contents upon request. If payment made by personal check, shipping will be delayed until fun
  2. Any thoughts on how I can get rid of scores of pages of unread forum comments? Just want to start fresh and clear up, oh, around a 160 pages. That link in the upper righthand corner ain't working. Must I do this manually? Ouch!
  3. Been a while since last on ARC. 148 pages accumulated. How can I reduce that back to zero? Don't have time to review all that stuff.

  5. I can see why you'd need protective goggles to look at some of those planes. The finishes are remarkable. Nice collection and the photography was superb.
  6. Just completed the 1/48 Monogram AT-6D Texan done in NMF with red cowl and tail. Bought the kit for 50% off about a year ago at a local Hobby Lobby. Other than some E-Z masks for the greenhouse canopy sections, no aftermarket stuff was used. <_< Ivan
  7. :) If you had an ounce of decency, you'd offer your services to paint pilot figures for the dweebs out there (including me) who can't do them worth a darn. I'm working on an AT-6 Texan right now and debating whether I want to include the two figures that came with the 1/48 Monogram kit. Ivan
  8. :) Outstand, dude. Very realistic. Should be quite a showstopper when finished. Press ahead and keep taking pictures. Ivan
  9. :D Never forget the time I was working on a model and just happened to be in my bare feet. Yup! Dropped the Exacto knife straight down and it buried itself in the crown of my foot. There it was standing up like a telephone pole. Ouch! That'll leave a mark! Seem to recall bleeding profusely. Ivan
  10. ;) No matter how old that bad boy gets...it still appears to be doing 2500 mph just sitting on the tarmac. Would love to see one up close someday. Ivan
  11. :) Fantastic base and the plane was sensational as well. You should add that blurred runway to your product line. The world will beat a path to your door. Great job! Ivan :)

:D Loved everything...especially that A4 Skyhawk. Unfortunately, the optical illusion paint job on the tank gave me a headache. Ivan
  13. Here's an interesting case. I'm going to sue the pants off this forum. I got a horrific headache reading stories on how to launch frivilous lawsuits. . It's hampered my ability to install PE parts on my 1/48 Hase Hellcat. Ivan
  14. Great looking Razorback...love the subtle shading. Even the ends of the rocket tubes look cool. Nice job. Ivan
  15. From where I'm sitting, it still looks like you did an absolutely stellar job on those invasion stripes. Will look forward to seeing the finished model. Ivan
  16. I think those idiots should be locked in a large room with the F-16 pilots and maintenance personnel. Maybe once they've been reduced to a bloody pulp, the message will be clear: FOD is nothing to laugh about in multi-million dollar aircraft. Ivan
  17. Hey! My REAL name is Ivan. Naturally, I'll expect a royality for every model submitted. I accept PayPal and South African Kruggerands. Ivan Rich
  18. No doubt about it, IKEA has some beautiful, reasonably priced display cases. What irks me is no presence in a city the size of St. Louis (metro area 2.5 million). The shipping for the bookcase and a light kit was close to $250! Waaaaaaaaaaay beyond my budget for something I have to assemble myself. <_< Ivan
  19. <_< I just finished building the 1/32 Hasegawa P-51D. I am also doing major repairs on an A4N Skyhawk that got really banged up. Still have quite a bit of work to do to bring it back to the world of the living. Ivan.
  20. <_< "Oh, I get it, the pointy end faces the front."
  21. "Herr, Dorfman, did I just step in cow crap?"
  22. Dunno how I did it, but broke the canopy clean in two when taking the model home from work. Anyone out there who can tell me where I might find a replacement that will fit correctly? TIA, Ivan
  23. I have enough trouble stringing antenna wire on a 1/32 scale. That bicycle, as tiny as it is, would of turned me into a babbling idiot. Nice job. Ivan
  24. The A1H is a suberb kit. Fit is absolutely outstanding. With all the ordnance you can hang, it will look downright menacing. A fair amount of masking, but you'll be pleased when finished. Finally, I had no problems with kit decals. HTH, Ivan Rich
  25. With my trusty gift card, I hit Mark Twain Hobby in St. Charles, Missouri and purchased a 1/72 diecast Sky Guardian F-14 Tomcat. It is nicely detailed with moveable wings and canopy. This latest addition, plus the F-18, F-15 and F-16 I have already will adorn my humble cubicle. Ivan
