  1. Yes the MiG-29 exhausts will fit the JF-17. I used the Aires set on my build, posted here, on Britmodeller HTH
  2. IIRC the HUD repeater at the back is available in the Aires F-16D set 4291. Alternatively, you could probably scratch build that yourself or see if anyone has one to spare from the Kinetic F-16D kit
  3. I just realised my Bronco 1/48 J-10A is missing the decal placement and paint guide sheet. Does anyone here who has completed a J-10A have the particular sheet to spare? I am happy to pay postage and am located in Singapore. Thanks in advance Gareth
  4. Hey everyone, here's an in-box peek at the 1/48 KP Masterbox Su-25 UB/UBK. The Masterbox series is apparently a "new" upgrade to KP's older kits, where they will include resin parts, PE parts, and a mask. The Su-25 UB/UBK is the first kit to be released under that label. This version of the Su-25 is one I have been eyeing and hoping to see re-released for a long time. The first time I got hold of the Su-25 UB, it was the OEZ version, without a box, crappy decals and less than stellar instructions. On to the pictures. The box, with a very nice picture of the Su-25 UB/UBK The first of a s
  5. Would these by any chance be scaled down into 1/48?
  6. Tbolt, as Boman mentioned. I have the Polish airforce F-16D Block 52+ and I can testify that it includes everything you need for a CFT'd Block 52+ Viper, other than the incorrect rear instrument panel. Contents of Hasegawa 1/48 F-16D Block 52+ here And the CFTs & spine are molded in injection plastic. Only the Hellenic AF boxing (a much earlier release) has it in resin. HTH
  7. Niiiiiiiice! Looking forward to this sheet Jason! I take it this is the first of many and we can expect at least the F-5 and A-4 sheets as well in the future?
  8. KR you're in luck. The Revell GR7/9 is a rebox of the Hasegawa kit and you can indeed use the canopy from that. Alternatively, you can order the sprue for the clear parts of the Hasegawa kit from HLJ if you're not in a rush.
  9. Thank you for the praise Ham. You're very quick with payment yourself.
  10. I was working on my Tamiya Meteor F.1 and lost the seat. As such, am looking for a resin replacement. What is the seat type used by Meteor F.1s and which manufacturer has them in 1/48? A search on Google showed up the Hi-tech seat but I cannot seem to find any online stores selling it. Thanks in advance, Gareth
  11. Peebeep, that sounds like a good idea. Why didn't I think of that! Good excuse to get me another Mossie me says. Looking at the clear parts just gave me another idea actually. I could add on to the existing clear part some 2-part epoxy, and sand it to shape to use that clear part as a master. This ensures a reasonoably good fit and will also give me that little pimple I need. Alternatively, I could just leave the original PR glazing on. I dunno but at least now I know I could use more than one method if I want to. Thanks everyone.
  12. What about the different nose, is there any other way outside of making my own master(I suck at scratchbuilding anything) and employing the heat and smash method?
