Hi! I scribe using a clipped sewing needle chucked in a pin vise and have gotten decent results as long as you have a guide. Do light passes and try to end on a corner so that means I usually start from the middle of the line to be scribed and go left and right from there. For ovals and circles and other shapes I've been told to use the templates that Verlinden, Hasegawa or Tritool has out but I still have to buy one. HTH

Hi! I recall reading that someone used mercurochrome to paint the disco light on helos with good results. Unfortunately I don't know where to get this as this has been a banned substance for a long time. I'm still trying to find an alternative. Cheers, Bing
