While it has been some time since I needed to place an order with them, I always had good luck with them. I placed many orders over the years and always received what I ordered. All of my orders were shipped either to Minnesota or Wisconsin. While in the UK in 2014 I met some of their staff at a couple air shows and they were always pleasant and knowledgeable.
