  1. Ok here is the thing...HUSTON WE HAVE A PROBLEM!!!! GWH made it correct and I have F U > > > > UP my model kit!!!!!!!!!!! But what is the worse...if they have scaled it down for new Su-27,well that's bad////Also engine exhaust and engine compartment is perfect on Su-35 of GHW in 1/48. See this technical draws:
  2. Dear Gabor and Yufei, with all do respects, Can I ask you where and on which one aircraft did you took measures for canopy? I just got my friend asked to get on the top of Su-33 and take measure of section D which your prefere here as 508mm,but on SU-33 is 754mm,well it is near as same as on Su-27/35,because this part of canopy is practicly the same on all three types. But is very big defernece betwean 508mm and 754mm,but what is interesting,is that glass area on Su-33 in that rear part is exact 508mm??? And what is most interesting on your SU-35 model kit, this measure is
  3. Also,be carefull with this area, this bulge needs to be:
  4. I have now studied technical drawings. And after a lot of thinking I think that is posible to fix this error on Su-35.First one need to make order sectors which need to be sanded down. After i achive this i will update you.And then I can see when I remove from zero that 0,78mm ,point which is start Shp6 on technical drawing. So here is start, first one need to thin both area near fuselage in joint of canopy. Then to chose carefuly section where to grind the most. And then take linear action. Here:
  5. Can't wait to get new Su-33 🙂
  6. Yes,there was some real measures taken, and, now i am waiting for more updates,I will inform about it ASAP.Belive me I am in great sorrow about this situation.
  7. Here is something clearer comparison about Su-27/35 and Su-33.
  8. it is imposible,I am just telling giberish...sorry for bothering dear friends.
  9. Hello friends, Just wonder does anyone is interested to do such a thing ,to correct area of canopy and fuselage on GWH's Su-35 in 1/48 scale. Ok,so now I have measured area on fuselage,in section where is joint when canopy is closed on Su-35,and it is 21,25mm.Which is 1020mm in 1/1.SO it means that I little bit pressed harder plexi material when I have measured canopy,so correct measure is logicly 21,25 of GWH Su-35 1/48.So, Delide, you were right.Something is strange going on here.It appears that on each side the lowest area of canopy is wider exact 0.78mm from each side.Which
  10. Ok,so here is comparison betwean Su-27 and Su-35, their canopies are complitly same in every point,I am talking about contures and shape, there is some small deferences on equipment which is atached on the frame from the inside, but the overal shape is 100% same. and here is shape deferences betwean those two in whole.
  11. Yes,on Su-33 canopy is deferent.Just look the photo I have showed in previous posts. The ejection seat is pushed in front,it is not like in regular Flanker. And top of canopy is higher, because of better view,on carrier landings. She is not wider, she is just taller.
  12. I need to check also measure B on Su-35.
  13. Yes, you are right. But the only thing that confuses me is real measures,if they are correct, and i think that they are,I dont see a reason why I have been lied from my source.Anyway, 0.35mm I can exept.
  14. Now I called via phone my friend and he took measure again and it is 843mm in the most wider area...Maybe you took it a little bit up???
  15. Thank you for this information.I will investigate this, and why did i get 843mm from my source.
  16. It is inner section dear friend, and I trust to my sources.
  17. Ok, here is the thing, very important. This what I am now talking will explain why there is need for new Su-33 in 1/48, and what is what ,and it will solve every mistery about this story for all eternity about his kit. There was some talking in the past, that Kinetic's Su-33 ie:V1.0, have some mishaping with GWH's Su-35 canopy glass This is the old story "fire starter": It took couple of days to complete this quest but ,I think that this is very important for all of us here who follow this thread. So this led us to thinking who is right and who is not. The
