  2. hey folks, I watch the model build vids so what is the best PSI to use I've seen 15-35 PSI or does it depend on the paint?

  5. Helo Folks, I live in Guatemala and it's hard to get stuff here. After you paint your model then give it a coat of clear do you need to wait 24 hrs. or can you add panel line and washes when the clear coat is dry to the touch? I can't get turpentine here, and was wondering if diesel would work to remove the wash and panel line excess? please advise bob
  6. Hey folks anyone ever use water base polyurathane to coat your models? Or water based lacquer? Just wondering....
  7. problem here is they just have regular thinner not the softer tamiya thinner for airbrushes...thinking just going with vallejo paints easy pour into the airbrush cup and they also look a little more suitable for airbrush... but have to order from the states
  8. Hello Folks, I watch the youtube vids on model builds, paints in particular. Is there any paint out there that goes from the jar, bottle right into the airbrush cup, to paint without adding this or that? With all the additives from different modelers you can go crazy trying to figure all this out. please advise, bob in the mountains of guatemala
  9. Thanks for the feedback at least they have mineral spirits here and acrylic paints. I'll give it a shot....

    Washes

    I live in Guatemala and limited to certain items. After applying wash what else cleans the excess off besides turpentine which is not an item to find here? please advise ... crashcup
