Not Vietnam Era, but this one is overall ADC Gray like the F-4 carrying it. Carried by this aircraft:

To be fair, it is possible that it was a typo.

If you're going to use the stand, I'd suggest doing them gear up. To me, having the model "in flight" is the whole idea with a stand. If you're wanting to do them gear down, then IMO there's no point to the stand. As mentioned above, this one should be in the Prop section, but that's ok. This timeā¦

I did one of the 1/72 Fujimi AB.212ASWs a couple of decades ago in the Gray and Red scheme. Looking forward to seeing this one.

No, I'm sorry, I only have the photos that are in that album. The museum is about 3.5-4 hours away and that was the only time I've been there.

Here are some pics I took that you might find useful: These of a restored SH-34J were taken at an airshow at NAS Willow Grove, Pennsylvania sometime in the late 1990s (please note that as an SH-34J this one has all the ASW gear removed): http://s20.photobucket.com/user/DDonSS3/library/SH-34J This is the forward bulkhead in the main cabin: These were taken about two years ago at the Tennessee Museum of Aviation in Sevierville, TN. This UH-34J was from the SVNAF, and I have no idea as to it's provenance. http://s20.photobuc

That's the only way I can see on their website for contacting them. Maybe if you do a search for their phone number in Liberty, Missouri? I did find this: http://www.yellowpages.com/liberty-mo/mip/sprue-brothers-models-473568694?lid=473568694

The French aircraft is just overall Sea Blue (FS 35042 I can't remember the WW2 ANA number). I like Xtracolour for this color. I think the cockpit and the rest that you can see through the clear parts is Interior Green. What areas are they wanting you to mix paints for?

IIRC, although I haven't seen them very often, the ones I've seen were white over Gray. I don't remember seeing any in white over Corogard. IIRC, I did see some (IIRC) "Speckled Trout" aircraft with white over polished metal.

Any updates, Zactoman?
-
He's looking to get different markings, not the ones in the kit.

If IIRC, Testors only called 1170 "Tan," nothing about "Desert Pink." I did try their "Flesh" in the small bottle, but it came out much too pink

Wow, that looks great! As usual for FCM...

I'm almost to the point where I'm just going to build my RF-4E as is and put the RF-4C (Spanish) markings on it and call it a day. I do have a set of short burner cans, but I'll have to attempt the wing mods (I don't want to swap the ones from my Hasegawa F-4C/D, beacause then what would I do with that?). Unless someone wants to trade an RF-4C for an RF-4EJ?

Those look great! How do we go about ordering them and what sort of price are we looking at? I'd be ordering from the US. It looks like I may need to pick up another Kinetic F-5A! Or do an F-5B in the Greek Aegean Blue scheme nd use the A kit for the Blue Diamonds! Were the F-5As in Natural Metal finish or Aluminum paint?
-
It sure looks like a worthy successor to the old Italeri kit.

I hope if they do a "Brewer" it will be in the same price range. That is the Yak-28 I want!
-
I've always thought they were a bit pricey, but then with my budget, I need to be frugal, so I can never tell about pricing like that...v

Thanks for sharing that last pic, Ramon. I think he really likes your Chinook! That was so generous of you to put all that time, effort and skill into the gift of a lifetime.
-
Wow! That looks great, Whitey! Nicely done, sir.

If you want resin seats, IIRC, AMS Resins did resin ockpits for F-84Fs, but I'm not sure if he did seperate seats or not. I think Sprue Bros carries AMS Resin.

Have you tried IPMS South Africa? Somebody there may have some ideas.
