Clear or tinted canopy issue will not stop me from buying that kit. -
I use Testors Model Master Metalizers on mine and masking tape.

Not familiar with this brand. How is the kit? Thanks.

Question -- Hase A7 Part E13 and Canopy mechanism detail
F4DPhantomII replied to crackerjazz's topic in Jet Modeling
It appears that part only came with the Navy A-7E versions. -
Guess for those markings guess I'll go with two tone gray
-
Did the Russians go to 2 tone gray camo as the kit shows you or did they still use the gray green camo on this model. I am starting to build kit as the boxtop shows.

Air superiority blue for cockpit.Anything close? Eggplant color anything close. No access to whatever colors they recommend.

Looks like some trenches need to be filled at wing joints.
-
Wouldn't that cut air flow to the engine thereby causing problems. Why put foreign objects in there?
-
Sounds like a good idea to me.

Raptor Sheen has been discontinued??? Glad a biught a few bottles when I did. I didn't see much difference though.

I stand corrected slightly,RF-4E's made their debut with 1969 contracts with production block numbers43-47,and serial numbers with Germany and Israel,Iran 1972,Japan started with Block 56.From my Aerofax Minigraph book by Jay Miller

It would most likely be a RF-4 B or C.I don't think the RF-4E was around then.
