Am a bit late here; but I love this thread about Aircraft fonts and non standard markings. Awesome observations and discussion @Rob de Bie ; @KursadA ; @Cajun21 ; @ziggyfoos and others. I especially liked the look & pic of H43B Kaman Huskie Helicopter - since I had seen this before via google image search- but through this pic, I was able to ID the particular helicopter. Awesome observations @Rob de Bie and awesome post you made (back in june 2018) about Aircraft fonts and non standard markings.
Am currently working on a "Heli-war - Helicopter Warfare Sim" game-- and playing around with various fonts like Amarillo (by TLai) and Navy Font (also by TLai) and having earlier used the "Army Stencil" type fonts in a tank shooting game - I totally love your observations and the discussion around the observations and discussion.
Keep up the awesomeness- and hope to share my helicopter warfare game with you, once it is more polished.
