Well,
As the unit is loosing their Hogs, I decided to make a Limited Edition print with the last 3 paintschemes at the unit. These apintschemes axisted together for a while, so I've found them as good subject to make a nice memorial print. As usual, #1 goes to the unit.
The Last Hogs of the Flying Yankees, 103rd FW, 118th FS, Connecticut Air National Guard - 2007
A2 Size (594x420mm / 23.38x16.53")
- A-10A Thunderbolt II 103rd FW, 118th FS Flying Yankees, CT / 78-621
- A-10A Thunderbolt II 103rd FW, 118th FS Flying Yankees, CT / 78-613
- A-10A Thunderbolt II 103rd FW, 118th FS Flying Yankees, CT / 79-084
I hope you like it!

Hi there
Here is the last paintscheme of the 103rd FW Flying Yankees Hogs. This is the current - and unfortunately most likely the last one. The unit is loosing their hogs, and those are being "replaced" by some C-21's.
I hope you like it! As usualy, this is available in the usual 5 sizes too.

Hi there!
I just came back from the airshow in Kecskemet, Hungary few hours ago. Generally I was there to take reference shots for myself, and to our further print projects in the future, and to get into an E-3A AWACS. So about the 90% if the images I've taken are rivets, bolts, names, insignias, etc...:)
From the ones which are not like this, here you can find some! This year US brought over only 2 F-16C's from Aviano. Usually they used to visit with some Hog, Eagle, Hercules, etc. So generally you can see European and Russian types ranging from Mig-29, Su-22, L-159 to Harriers GR7 and so on....enjoy
You can find them here http://picasaweb.google.com/zoltan.pocza as usual.
Sorry for the low quality of the images, but the weather and light conditions were really bad (heavy rain almost the whole day :( ), and I have a crappy camera only!

Well, I never really understood this fear of suddenly appearing some Tomcat parts in Iran....after SARDIP all of the valuable parts are ripped off, no weapon system, electronics, sensor, radar engine and other hard to develop and reproduce parts remaining in the jets. Even titan is ripped off....Ususally it's only the empty airframe or even less which is left (which is usually cut by the evel flame). The parts which can be accessible are parts that not requiring high technology levels to reproduce....what happens, if a hatch, or a sheet of aluminum accidentally gets to Iran somehow? It won't keep their Tomcats in the air...I don't know why people in the congress think, that they cannot produce basic parts for themselves if they can develop their own weapon systems....Don't get me wrong, I understand the reasons behind this decision, and I agree with the theory, but I think this threat is a bit overestimated.
On the other hand, if there were a conflict, involving ali cats....well, I wouldn't think that they would keep in the air for a too long time....whether the can get valuable parts or not.
Personally I'm sad that I cannot get a piece of this historical aircraft because of this. Also I'm even more sad that these awesome birds has been scrapped because of this threat.

Thanks guys, it starts to be useful here
Jeff, of course I'm interested to the Saudi photos, I'd like to make non-us Eagles as well (certainly not only Eagles). So any photos, walkaraounds which contain the info I need for the profiles make interest (and results free copy of the given print :D )

Thanks for the help guys. I think it will be hard like this. Let's say, try to find different photos showing actual differences in antenna layout, and other stuff.
-
Thanks guys for the answer! I thought it's something relatively new stuff, as I haven't seen it that much till now!
Thanks for your input! <_<
-
What I want it to prepare a file which conains all versions, so I could switch on off the antennas, humps and bumps etc. It works fine on our other planes we have done, but I need to know all available details.
Grey Ghost, yes I know they have different engines, that's one quite visible difference for example!

Hi there
During some research I bumped into these photos:
http://www.navy.mil/management/photodb/web...N-8148A-014.jpg
http://www.navy.mil/management/photodb/web...N-8446A-006.jpg
http://www.navy.mil/management/photodb/web...N-8446A-003.jpg
..and so on...
Obviously these are not Seahawks, at least not ones I know about. By configuration it's a Blackhawk, but it wears NAVY paintscheme, and belongs to a NAVY unit. So what's the story here?

Hi there!
My article about saving Christine has been released in the July Issue of "Aranysas" (Golden Eagle). Thanks for all helping in this! The income of the article will go to OBA.
I've found someone who would translate it for me to proper English, so I could submit it to an international magazine as well. Please let me know of anyone who provided the photos have objection against it! Of course, the income of that one too, would go to OBA.
Please see details, and photos of the article here if you're interested:
