The Chinese should probably consider a double delta configuration, similar to the Su-21 Flagon F, for the Shenyang J-8II / F-8IIM Finback B main wing. This would give it better lift at lower speeds and better maneuvering at high speeds. They did it for the Shenyang J-7E and F-7MG Airguard.

[How can you fix a cracked canopy?]

Might not be possible but maybe someone has fixed a cracked canopy so that the fracture is transparent. If so, how did you it? Thanks.
