  1. wow.. haven't been checking ARC for awhile now. Nearly missed this thread. good looking CAD model, can't wait to see it realised into an actual model.
  2. Here're some pics of the F/A-18D TUDM Malaysia Hornet and close ups of the chaff & flare dispenser. Let me know if you guys want more pics. ;) Cheers
  3. Contact Resine F-15 Wheels are only meant for the A/Cs. I nearly bought one for the Es but after a quick check... the spokes are different.
  4. Thanks, PlasticWeapons you're right about the procedure.. pretty straight foward but you'll have to becareful of the colours you choose as the base has a light blue tint to it. Any yellows or brown will turn greenish...in fact I spray a lighter shade of brown in the middle and it turned out light green. oh well.. cool display of eggs on the table
  5. Personally I find it a good in between break project. It fits good too except for the little guy. The globe is fun to paint actually and try using liquid mask, helps save alot of headache. Here's a completed kit built last year. :D
  6. nice work! mind telling/showing more of the IDLP? Need some pointers for scratchbuilding one too. :D
  7. I think Aires is releasing a new 1/48 SJU-17 seats (4281). Check out Aires website under the news section.
  8. Suprisingly I managed to fill in an order yesterday for the mig29 and got my confirmation for shipping today.
  9. Yea I had eduard PE for it. It's a must if you plan to open up the canopy. I should have closed it, kinda breaks the shape now. Anyway i have some progress pics here and more pics of the seat as well. 1/48 Italeri F-22 HTH Kelv
  10. Mig-29M was up for sale again yesterday but it's gone now... discontinued. :D
  11. Oops sorry didn't clarify that, I used the Legend F-15 seat. It's quite similar to the A-10 but just slight variation.
  12. Legend seat is pretty decent but it's slightly undersized in height. I don't think it's that noticeable in the F-16s or F-22 but I've tried it in the F-15, it's just too obvious for me. I would recommend either Aires or Quickboost but it's slightly costlier. The other thing to take note if you're doing the F-15E, you'll need to add the canopy breaker. Just a quick comparison between Legend, Quickboost and the standard Revell F15e kit seat. Notice that the height is just slightly shorter and the cushion is too low. Detail wise, Quickboost/Aires wins hands down. Revell's AcesII looks prett
  13. Wow good job.. and fast too esp. for a 1/32 You rock!! :)
  14. I'm speechless... btw how do you work with that mess on the table
  15. david, are placing the CFT on the F-15C? just wondering :(
