  1. I looked for a long time for an acrylic metal paint. I was very happy when Vallejo came out with this paint.
  2. All the paints are acrylic. I used Vallejo Metal Air paints for the metallic paints along with Vallejo Air for the other colours.
  3. Haven’t posted here for a bit. Here is my Tamiya P-47D Thunderbolt. I added an Ultracast resin seat and used Mike Grant decals for the markings. For the paint I used Vallejo throughout except I used Mission Models black primer.
  4. Turned out great! It took you long enough but it was worth it. Congrats on the win also.
  5. Painted with Vallejo paints. Decals from the kit. The seal around the windows was painted on then distressed with a toothpick. I tried to emulate the real thing. https://photos.app.goo.gl/Sozrmz686EQZVngH7 https://photos.app.goo.gl/GMQ1nAo1CT8TkWG88 https://photos.app.goo.gl/Zk5dbvAo9HSPBjPs5 https://photos.app.goo.gl/ByQyGg5HwzL1dCyv8
  6. The variable intakes ramps for the Mig-31, are they aluminum color? I cannot really find a good photo.

    Thanks

  11. They were used by then as a bombing and gunnery trainer as well as a target tug. I want to do mine as a bombing and gunnery.trainer.
  12. Hi all, I am currently working on Revell's PV-1 Ventura, which I am doing up in Canadian markings from the early 50's. My question is what style of bombs did we use at that time? American or British? The version I want to do is a B&GT Ventura from RCAF Station Trenton. thanks, Wayne Beattie
  13. The topic says it all. I am currently building an A-20G and wondering what the interior colour the engine nacelle would be. I am leaning towards interior green. Thnaks, Wayne Beattie
  14. In early 2017, I am going to finish my Trumpeter Seahawk 100. Then I am going to finish my Draken that has been sitting on the desk for a little while. My plan is finish my Mig-23 , Mig-21, C-45F in Canadian markings. I want to start a CF-104D as well as a A-37B. There could be a few more that I start but may have to finish in 2018.Too many kits not enough time.
