  1. Dave, If you're going to scan those articles, would it be possible for me to get a copy? If not, no problem. The Heyford is next on my list after I finish off the 5 semi-completed things I'm working on now. Boy, that plane is so ugly it's beautiful. Or maybe it's just ugly. Cheers, Jan

  4. Hi all, I was given an old matchbox Do-18 (what colours!!). Anyway, the paper that is supposed to protect the decals is stuck to the decal sheet. Is there any way to safely remove the protective paper without trashing the decals or are the decals trashed already? Thanks very much
  5. I am building a airplane with lots of windows (Ca 311). I am resigned to masking the cockkpit canopy but when it comes to the tiny windows on the fuselage I always end up knocking or pressing them into the model. So I was wondering whether this would work: What if I put kristal klear (or whatever you call it) on the windows openings, let it dry for a couple of days, paint the model (with enamel) and then poked out the by-now-painted-over windows and reapplied the stuff to get clear windows? Would this work or would the moisture in the paint dissolve the kristal klear? Or would the pressure
