  1. Agressor01, Your F-5N build is looking good so far! Keep up the good work. Btw, the canopy operating mechanism system is by far the most complicated system to rig on the jet. Andrew.
  2. Bernd, There is a switch on top of the seat rail. The switch is to operate the Auxiliary Intakes with 115V/400Hz electrical power for ground maintenance only. Hope that helps! Andrew
  3. Hi Eri, It's possible to create one! But the radome is different. Years ago when they did the upgrade, the radar bulkhead was moved about a foot aft to accommodate the installation of the new radar antenna. Therefore, a new larger radome was developed and installed. Cheers! Andrew
  4. G'day all, Just completed this kit about a month ago. It's the 1/48 Kinetic F-16A kit. Thanks for viewing! Regards! Andrew.
  5. Those pics are of upgraded F-5S/T with larger conical radome. They had done away with those "Duckbill" radome.
  6. Technically speaking, "Duckbill" radome F-5E/F comes with W6 Leading Edge Extension. But never ever install a In-Flight Refueling probe on a "Duckbill" radome F-5E/F. Regards, Andrew
  7. The current Wolfpack set will not bring it up to F-5S standard. Basically, the set will only allow you to build it to later built F-5E/F. That is 'B' standard aka 'sharknose' radome, shorter pitot boom, W6 leading edge extension & auto flaps. Later built F-5E/F (Sharknose F-5) was not authorized to fly with In-flight refueling probe because of aerodynamic issue. F-5S/T uses a very different radome. Larger & longer, but it uses the very similar long pitot boom as the early built F-5E/Fs. Hope this helps! Regards Andrew
  8. Correction! All RSAF pre F-5S/T were In-Flight Refuel capable. During that time frame, certain jets would be configured for certain tasking. Only those jets with the 'B' standard aka 'Sharknose' radome are not permitted to install IFR probe. I've seen jets with W6(big) LEX with the standard radome flying. Regards, Andrew
  9. G'day Heylun302, I reckoned it's a 4000 engine trailer (something like that! I could be wrong). Andrew.
  10. Did anyone notice the difference between the kit & the actual exhaust nozzle? Andrew
  11. G'Day, The first kit in 2 years. It's from Finemodels, 1/48th, from the Japanese animated movie, Porco Rosso. My youngest brute insisted of buying it & my wife set a deadline to complete it. Enjoy it! Andrew.
  12. In fact, after the Asian Aerospace 2002 show acft 880 was de-mod to baseline acft. Andrew.
  13. Mark, That's a F-16A with full FALCON UP, you have in your picture. It's also the first to receive FALCON UP. Currently, only those based in Takhli Air Force Base are going thru this process. Andrew.
  14. Here's a USMC KC-130J passed thru Canberra Airport last year.
  15. The RSAF do carry out regular practices on store loading. Only when they're in overseas TDY, then they do carry live stores occasionally.
