Well between work and working on some household projects I was able to squeeze in some time on the bench. I decide to use the kit pylon and cut out the main portion of the pylon so that you can attach the I believe is the M-134G barrel. I guessed about how far back I would have to cut to show the cut out of the pylon. Also had to cut the landing gear house top so that I can get the rail for the cabin window in the right position based upon the reference photos I have been looking at. Also I filled in the fans down by the gear and I filled in the APU exhaust which needs to be little more cl

Well today was only a 12hr day at the firehouse so I was able to hit the bench when I got home from work. I was debating on whether to start the work interior or start some of the cutting an hacking of the plastic to replace with some quality resin from Cobra Company and Armycast M&M. Well I decide to do some cutting of the cabin windows, the HIRSS, and the open engine compartment. Now the Armycast M&M is nice stuff, I cant pair it with the HIRSS cause for some reason when the set got packed together they somehow didnt make in the kit, but it is ok...spoke with Chris of Cobra Company

Jose, Thanks for the info buddy, oh trust me I will be picking at your brain on this build. Dully noted on the if having extended pylon you can't have the M-134. I do not think ill have the extended pylon for some reason the two mini-guns makes that helo look Wicked!!!!! Thanks Stanton

The only thing that Shunkmodels added too the kit was photoetech parts an a landing pad for a display. Plus the cabin windows look little wide on the frames compared too what I have seen on the real aircraft in pictures an in person. Are the 32nd GBU-12/16's Black Box or did you still those from a kit....I have that same kit but it is in my storage unit till we move into our new house in the next few weeks. Excellent work thinking of doing me a VFA-211 build since my is in starting phase in the paint barn. Stanton

Well guys I think this will be the last update as an "in progress" photos since I all I need to do is the nav lights, seats, tail hook, pitot tubes, and canopy. When I do another Hornet with the Wolfpack Shrinkage I will close the inflight refueling probe area, One reason is that area is lack of detail, Two the instructions are too vaig on how the probe/door sits on there. I gotta say the Hornet pylons are off the chart, they are basically resin copies of the Hase Hornet ones as one piece. Here is some pics from outside as it is beauitful day. Thanks Guys Stanton

Gianni, Excellent build buddy, I have that one too do also with either the FOX One Decals or MAW Decals. Where did you find the correct Zuni rockets for this build I gotta get my hands on a few of those Zuni pods. Stanton

****Update**** No pics just yet camera is dead...but half of the decals are on her, plus she is standing on her legs minus the wheels. Gotta decide on what ordnance I wanna hang on her, I know definitely she will have a Litening Pod on center-line, and two inner pylons will have gas tanks. Now the outer pylons I have no clue whats so ever. Well off to bed gotta a day of grass cutting to do, tomorrow I'll have pics. Thanks Stanton

Zactoman, I am kinda limited to what I can do right now my wife and I are living with my folks while we wait on our contract on a house to move...so I can't really set up a photo area. Hopefully this house we are waiting for the owners to agree on a settlement day due too the ex-wife of the house is getting married in June so we dont know if they want too settle May or June. Stanton
