  1. No. Thanks to: ARC, HyperScale, etc, etc.
  2. BRILLIANT!!! I have the things I need to build that model as well. I hope mine turns out ad nice as Viktor's did! Job well done!
  3. Talked to my brother in Lynchburg today. They went without power for four days. Here in Michigan there folks who have been in the dark since July 3rd. Nine days really suck, Jennings. Hope it's back on soon....
  4. Technically, "Rommel's Rod" isn't a re-pop. According to the instruction sheet, "No one knows for certain what happened so many years ago to the 'mysteriously disappeared' tooling..." so they tooled up an entirely new kit, even though it's a copy of the 'old' kit.
  5. 'Tween-the-wars classic aircraft in 1/32. F3F, P-6E, Keystone Bombers, etc, etc....too many to list...
  6. C'mon back Jim! Got a good one coming in August! For HOLMES: I'm the ugly one.
  7. LOVE the good news! Kick that cancer's ...uh....butt...
  8. Clif - that statement also applies to YOU!!!
  9. Some images of my recently completed Czech Model T-33 in 1/32 scale. Michigan Air Guard, circa 1980.
  10. GREAT! Thanks guys! I live next door to a home improvement store....
  11. I'm looking for a rheostat or other sort of speed control for my Dremel tool. The one I have is a multi-speed model, but its slowest speed of 5,000 rpm is still way too fast for working with plastic. I need to slow that baby waaaay down. Any ideas? Thanks....
  12. Beautiful! I think I will want one as well.
  13. You're welcome! I have a partly-built P-26 just waiting for that LSM cockpit!!!
  14. Just wondering if there's a kit available of a Forrest Sherman class destroyer. I'm normally an airplane guy, but I would like to build one for a local Navy vet. Thanks.... - Patrick
  15. He has a cockpit for the Boeing P-12E and F4B-4 kits too. You can also get a very nice engine for the F4B-4/P-12E kits from Vector. Check Sprue Brothers for availability.
  16. I like them. Yes, they're slower than others, but then they don't make promises about speed of service. Reliable. I can get stuff from them that I cannot get from other U.S. sources. I highly recommend them.
  17. Jim - did you know he don't like riding in my jeep because it sits a little too high? Sean - You enjoy that airplane ride!!!
  18. Hamsters and gerbils are quiet. I had some when I was a kid. They require care, as previously pointed out, but that could be a good thing for teaching responsibility. I'd never consider a guinea pig. I knew nothing about them until my sister got a couple. Disgusting, dirty and obnoxious animals. No wonder they eat guinea pigs in S. America.
