Revell of Germanys 1/32 Bf 109 K4 shows where to drill holes in top of wing for them and to make them out of stretched sprue.Hence my question on their operation

I think Experts Choice only did it in 1/48. -
What is clear part R3.It goes on the undeside of the left wing and looks like a square light lens. They have you attach part M11 to the center of it. M11 is a long antenna looking thing.Thanks.
