  5. Just some shots of the dark wash. Closeing in on the finish of this model. I highly recomend this kit. The decals are fantastic. The lightening bolts were a litle tricky though. They are all one peice!
  6. Frank buddy i hear what your saying about the rivets. But what I have noticed on the BMF AC is that the rivets that are never removed are white, but the ones like service panels are brown or rust, hense the steel in the rivet rusting. The others are corrosion. As far as the werrly bird... Take a crow-bar, open up your wallet and have a BLAST! You wont regret it.! Take care buddy Trev
  7. Hey Thanks alot guys. Im not to pleased with the black wash but its eceptable. (photos tommorow) Now for somthing diffrent. I decided I needed a litle more fun in my life so I bought an indoor training helicoptor. Man! I cant tell you how much fun this thing is. Everyone should buy one. I paid $300 Canadian with an extra battery. Im So bad, I cant keep it off the ground for more than 10 seconds. What a hoot. I get back to the Hun on sunday.
  8. Looks Great! I mainly love military jets but Id love to have that one on my shelf. Great job Trevor M
  9. I guess it was crazy Kev Cause....it didnt work as planned It did however work on the larger and darker decals as I knew it would. However when applied to the silver areas it was vertualy invisible. Oh well no harm in trying. Heres a pic of the tail plain that still has to be cleaned up a bit. Darn... its back to Black. The whole purpose was to show the white oxidization on the rivets caused by the electro cemical reaction between the steel rivets against the aluminium panels. On the real AC most of the rivets are white. And heres a shot of the left wing. The only visible white is on
  10. Thanks for the kind words Guys. Always appriciated. And good luck to everyone going to the Nats. Well Ive managed to add all the decals. I then prayed the AC with a coat of Future. Now its time for the wash. Im useing White! "What did he say?!".... White! I know what your thinking. STOP! You cant use White, its supposed to be Black. Well Hang in there and we'll both see how this turns out.
