  1. Just an update to this old thread. SHM is very much alive and had a lot of new stuff at the Nationals in San Marcos. Mike posts photos of new stuff on Facebook regularly as well. It'd be kind of cool if you didn't speak in a matter of fact tone if you don't know the facts.
  2. No, the second one is just to show the antenna on the outside surface.
  3. Yes. Here is the first test print of the WSO controls. The set will also include sidewalls.
  4. VMFA-323, VMFA-232, VMFA-115, VMFA-312, VMFA-112 and VMFA(AW)-224 are the remaining Hornet squadrons and flying a mix of Charlies and Deltas

  7. The chances are exceptional! It's on the list, but I just got hit with three large orders from Hannants, one from Squadron/MMD and one from the 48'ers. As soon as these are filled and shipped, I'll get to several new releases, to include the 32nd CNU.
  8. VMFA-214 VMFA-225 VMFA-314 (C) VMFA-533 VMFA-542 VMX-1 VMFAT-502 These are the squadrons that will be covered on the next sheet. I've been fortunate that work I've done for the F/A-18 and AV-8B communities, as well as the friendships I've built there has spilled over into the F-35 community. Like many of my previous sheets, these are being put together with help provided by the squadrons.
  9. No, single carry from a LAU-118 only.
  10. Cockpit and exterior stuff. I also have sketches of the turned exhaust, but still need to learn a lot more in Fusion before I can turn those sketches into correctly shaped objects.
  11. Pre-Order link is hot for the 18th scale sheet : https://www.flyingleathernecksdecals.com/p/fl18001-big-scale-harriers-for-hobbyboss
  12. For those looking for decals for your 18th scale II Plus, this is the first of two, possibly three sheets we may have coming this winter. Sheet FL18002 will be full maintenance data. IF both sheets are relatively successful, a second sheet of squadron markings will be considered (sheet FL18003). In addition to the decals, we will have more items available for the kit in the resin line. We currently have pylons available, as well as LAU-7 launchers. Exhausts, exterior details and an ejection seat are being designed as well. Sheet will be limited to 250 and
  13. Sort of..... I have a few items in the preliminary design stage, but haven't worked on them in several months. Had more important, non hobby related stuff to do and the past couple months has been focusing on decal art. Will try to get back to the CAD in January.
  14. Why does that matter? Using that logic, Tamiya would not have released an F-14, or F-117, or F-16, or any of the other non Japan operated aircraft they've released.
  15. Just to clarify, this part has absolutely nothing to do with the first part of the question : colors would be over Iraq in 2014 under a VFA-87 Hornet? The standard colors of those missiles are FS 36375. Where they're flown and the squadrons carrying them are completely irrelevant.
  16. So, was it your 'friend' Bill or was it you? Gotta say, I'm smelling a little bit of bullshiite.........
  17. We know what COD means. If you read his post, he clearly states there was an ADDITIONAL COD charge added. This implies he had already paid for shipping when he placed his order with HLJ and the added charge was for the package going from Ontario to his address.
  18. Tamiya It's also listed as a future release at Hannants.
  19. New Tooled kit, not Italeri re-box. Flying Leathernecks Decals will have two more decal sheets ready soon as well
