  1. They weren't always used together and neither were required to carry or expend GBU's. The 173 was always mounted on station 6 and the 38 was always on station 4 with adapters specific to each (there was no other way to carry them). For the GBU on early Alphas, it would have been -12, -16 or -10.
  2. Jeff, I haven't been able to do anything new since the move and I'm still trying to get caught up on orders. I didn't even set up a printer until a few days ago. As of today, I still don't have a workshop and almost all of my stuff is still packed away. The curse of buying a house half the size of the sold one! Really, really hoping to be back to 100% shortly after the Nationals and will definitely get back to that update set.
  3. Not really 'early' any longer. I've got a couple shots of Deltas from just a few years ago with them as well.
  4. Doors 5R and 5L were actually eliminated on A/B airframes. All of my reference material is packed away at the moment and I don't recall the BuNo off hand. I'll post that info, as well as more once I get caught up with FLD stuff.
  5. Working as quickly as I can to get things back to normal. As I mentioned on the Facebook page, we ran into several issues with the new house (new to us anyway) that needed to be addressed. Kitchen needed to be completely replaced, as well as the back deck. Water damage from faulty flashing and other electrical stuff. One of the biggest issues we faced is the fact the new house is much, much smaller than the old house. Everything related to FLD and the hobby in general is still packed away and I've been having to dig through boxes to find items to fill orders. None of the 3D printers are set up
  6. Probably in the $10 to $15-ish range. I do my best to keep my prices as low as possible.
  7. In late May, early June, I'll have a full update for A+/C/D Hornets that will include the correct VHF/UHF Antenna, AN/APX-111 IFF, GPS Dome, Dual Chaff/Flare bucket fairing, JHMCS sensor for the canopy and a few other bits. We're moving next weekend and won't have a new workshop until the end of the month.
  8. We'll be vending and you're more than welcome to display and/or sell some of your new releases at our tables. We'll have four and would be happy to make some room. Entirely up to you.
  9. It's going to be a normal decal release, just out before the nationals, which was only used as a time frame reference.
  10. Yes, I'll have a sheet covering the entire squadron out before the Nationals. Their current XO, LtCol Webb, is a modeler and hooked me up with everything I could possibly need.
  11. Hypersonic just released an excellent TISEO. https://www.hypersonicmodels.com/product/f-4e-tiseo Jeffrey also has the strike cameras, but in a late F-4E conversion set.

  16. After a few test prints and adjustments to the CAD, I was able to get successful prints of the vertical tail stiffening plates found on the F/A-18A/A+. In 1/32 scale, the plates are .49mm (.0190") thick and in 1/48 scale, they are .32mm (.0125") thick. Visible are all of the rivet/screw fasteners. In addition to these, F-16 Fuselage Plates and the Belly Strap for the F-4E/G/J(UK) will be released in late April or early May after we complete our move to Temple, GA. Product numbers and prices will be assigned and set at that time.
  17. No, you should not have to. 3D printed parts have to be cleaned with alcohol or some other solution to remove uncured resin from the parts before curing. Basically, they're already washed and cleaned. Priming or not is a personal option.
  18. Our latest F/A-18C/D sheet is now shipping https://www.flyingleathernecksdecals.com/p/fl48023-leatherneck-legacy-hornets-fa-18cd
