I know it's the Heller kit reboxed, but I want the Airfix version of the kit for the decals (as well as the plastic). Any unused decals from spares will also be welcome. WTB or WTTF wally7506 - at - yahoo.com

I know the D model of the B-25 doesn't have the large fuselage windows with the .50 cals in them. But, some of the D models have MGs in the small windows AFT of the mid-upper turret. My question: are these .30 cals or .50s?? TIA JS

Thanks for the reply. I do not see a picture of that airframe prior to the crash in the pictures you selected for me. There are OTHER Bonanzas that are similar, but I did not see that particular one. JS

Some may think it is morbid but I'd like to build a model of the Beechcraft Bonanza that Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens, and the "Big Bopper" died in. (Then again, some build models of the USS Arizona or the Hidenburg so I guess it's not TOO creepy.) I have downloaded a dozen or so pictures from the web of the crash, so I have a general idea what she looked like. Is there a source that may have a picture of what the Bonanza looked like BEFORE the crash? Apparently the plane had been repainted so it's not a factory finish. Any help will be appreciated. TIA JS
