Sad news guys, today at 12.30 a UH-60 Blackhawk base at Aviano, is crashed in the Piave river, province of Treviso. 5 occupants are died, the remaining 6 are injured (3 of them seriuosly). Our thoughts are for all tehem, and theri families too. Simon

The plane crashed in the Belluno Province, Valzoldana area, precisely the place is called Soramaè. The pilot is a 36 years old detached to the 31st FW, 510th FS. No injuries for him. The plane with another one was direct to Germany, but there were bad weather conditions on the area. Ciao from Italy. S

Hi everybody from Italy. Just bought the Signifer Grumman Goose JRF-5 and can't stop to think to open the bags and start glueing and painting. But I'm looking for infos on the web about books or unknown sites that talks about this plane. I googled Grumman Goose but found out the typical sites of modern flightlines who use the floatplane. If anyone can help, I'm looking also for any particular picture of the Goose in water, I'm planning to build a diorama and need some ideas. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all. S

Hi everyone. I'm working on a Hellenic Air Force F-4E Phantom II, with the "Ghost" painting scheme, updated to a similar ICE Standard. I'm having some troubles. Looking for pictures on the web I've found several differences between a/c of the same production/modification batch. The typical external carachteristics of the F-4E are the IFF, RWR, AMRAAM capability etc. Main internal modifications consists on a newly designed WSO cockpit, and and additional screen for the pilot.
