Hi Jack, I don't think the ResKit radome will wholly solve the lack of ogive-shaped curve on the forward fuselage of the Trumpeter Thud kits because both the whole forward fuselage and radome on that kit is too straight. Back in the day, there was a good fix by DMold Modelworks for either the Trumpeter or Monogram kits in 1/48th scale. I missed the chance to get mine because Dmitri Malkov ceased selling these jewels when the pandemic broke out. It's only that there's always a very knowledgeable modeller (such as Yufei Mao), who will find serious inaccuracies on it, like it was the case with the wrong shape of the windshield and canopy on every F-15 kit by GWH. I was blessed with having gotten one of his clear resin correction sets for my C kit. Unfortunately, the clear resin yellowed with time. Never got to fly all the missions in the game, but I recall that you could buy an F-22 late in the game? Also, the mission on which the Wildcats have to escort a LearJet; I flew that mission twice to see if I could shoot down Mrs Paige's F-16 before she'd shoot down the executive jet, but it seems that the plot makes it impossible. Indeed! You can imagine my surprise when I found out that "Anarchist" was my namesake. I'm more like a rightist, but the character in the game is awesome, as is the nature of the plot. The problem is that the video card I had in a 80486DX2 I used just to run that game has gone Kaput, and the resolution of the new one I got is awful. Very nice, Ken! Wish I had known about this before. I bought a Yoctosun which is okay, but it tends to get heavy on the head after a while. Mine has the battery compartment and it is heavy if you've got to wear it for more than 20 minutes. Then it's the changing the lenses and tunning them to focus while having the thing on your head which puts me off (and the look of "Somewhere In Time" that it gives me). Cheers, Gwendoline

Jani, There's no, unfortunately. But with the smallest size you can always use a brass, plastic or stainless steel 2mm outside diameter tube which inside diameter is smaller than that, in order to slide a smaller size rod inside. Albion Alloys have a great range of tubes with the different ODs/IDs. I've once seen Nigel from Nigel Modelling Bench on YouTube use each of the sizes supported by this tool with rods which had smaller ID than them in order to drill smaller sizes of rods with even the smaller drill bits. If I can find that video, I'll post it here for you. This one
