Hi, I have noticed that the color is too dark and I have used Xtracrylix RLM66. I'm not sure why it got so dark.

Well it took me longer than I was expecting. But these gliders are the real pleasure to build. I like that they have stand otherwise I would not have space where to put them. Anyone knows who are selling stands as they really save space and I have A340 that I really want to build.

It was a quick build so here it is finished.

Having built Revell's ASK 21 glider I was waiting for another one. So I have bought LS8-a/18 as soon as I found it in local hobby shop. And here is my progress.

I'm still alive and here is a small update.

I was building mostly 1/72, I have one glider in 1/32 and that's about it. This is my first 1/48 and the first one where I am scratch building something. I am surprised by the result so far. I think this is because of all the posts I've read on ARC. I am really afraid of painting as this where most of the time I make mess!

Well the pilots were not provided with the kit. I had couple from my Tornado kit, but they would not look right :)

Hi everyone, I am back with my glider, painted and with decals. I have used spray can for painting and I am really pleased with result. It was just a 5 min job. I went through airliners forum and found out that they are using spray cans for airliners, and "appliance white" from a DIY shop will do the job. Here is the result:

Great work. I assume you've used Aclad for exhaust ?

It's actualy not painted yet <_< I think I will go with Humbrol 34 Matt white and then cover with Future. There's also Humbrol 22 Gloss white, but I can not get desired result with it. What would you advise ? Is it posible to get good finish with Tamiya acrylics ?

Hi everyone, At the moment I am building ASK21 glider plane. I really like the subject as it is not unusual and very good looking. I am also glad to see that revel will be releasing another glider. The build is very easy. The only thing that I don't like is moving canopies as it is asking for trouble, so it will be glued in place. And here are pictures:
