  1. Ves, I would agree with you that this is a mock-up as the actual "naval" verison(X-35C) is now on display at the NAS Pax River air park museum. I have seen this plane in person two times @ PAX-the recent occasion being this past summer...so I would say certainly that it is still there.
  2. check out the Experts Choice 1:48 scale decals for Michigan @ bare-metalfoil.com. I believe it is still available in 1:48-possibly 1:72 as well. Also if my memory serves me correct, superscale just released a sheet with the MIANG F-16s on it as well-can't remember the item number-check squadron
  3. Ditto here SP...that BUFF got my undivided attention seriously...can we assume it's an H model, hell I better order me a sheet from Fox One asap.
  4. Joel thanx a bunch man...I will PM you...name your price... It doesn't matter if its a line bird or CAG.
  5. thanx man, I have to check it out...shouldn't be too big a deal, if it is camo schemes, can simply apply decals as if standard.
  6. alright my fellow ARC'ers...just as the above question ask, I am partial to this unit having spied two transient birds at McGuire AFB(one of which actually was stubborn and didn't want to leave NJ :P ). As a die-hard AF-brat, I am interested in adding a 'dirty' navy bird to my collection, so it goes...a Sidewinders' jet would be nice. Any help guys/gals.
  7. hot stuff man...ow, I got stung by all those hornets :P especially the Omars jets, if only I could get my hands on a sheet.
  8. damn...I wish they would new-build some more pavelows-I don't want to see that beauty go away
  9. okay fella's I have some familarity with the myriad of F-16 Blocks, so I wanted to know if in fact the air scoop on the vertical stabilizer at the base, was present on Block 25s. I know that is the case on Block 30s and beyond, but I am not sure if the same is true for Block 25s. I have checked out a couple of recent shots of Block 25s from the NJANG and VTANG(debating on doing a 25 from one of these two units) and the air scoop is not present. I don't/hope it's not present as I plan on using this Hasegawa V3 OOB for a Block 25. Any idea fellas...Chappie, Jake, Habu2?
  10. yeaaaaaaaaaah Rip, that's what I am talking bout-love those Vipers-I needed that fix :) gives us more man
  11. <_< ...damn, there goes my joy fella's
  12. Chappie, I was wondering when you were going to chim in. A...just as you said, I don't care either if they are repops, as long as they are readily available. I have not gotten a moment to call GMW yet, so I will keep ya posted...but I think the sentiment is universal here fellas...WE WANT MORE! Checked Hasegawa website...nothing, Squadron...nothing
  13. Hey I am with you Matt...at $16 a pop, I would be a very happy camper too, but just as everyone has already alluded to, I remain cautiously optimistic, and hey Habu, even if they are repops, I mean, that can't hurt either, because we don't have too many D models laying around...speaking of which, you sure that Block 30 is a repop, at $29.95 that sounds like a nice retooling with possibly some other new goodies...and I mean if you have already have a CJ kit, you can at least kitbash a MCID and the GE and the D kit, and well...you get the point, so let's keep our fingers crossed on this one fell
  14. Guys...I don't believe my eyes so perhaps someone can enlighten us all, but I was just searching greatmodels website...for F-16 related items of course...anywho, when I came across the 1/48 stuff, there is a plethora of pending kits on preorder. NOW I don't want to preorder or anything like that, but one kit that caught my attention was a F-16C Block 30 and the release of the F-16D-no DJ unfortunately, but man if this is true, especially with all the decals scott and mike of afterburner are blessing us with, than all I can say is damn...I am going to OD on my beloved F-16 and put all other kit
  15. Jake, dude they just let you fly it huh! So, I guess I would be correct in saying that you flew that BLOCK 42 I saw you sitting in the pit online...correct :D
  16. oops, my bad fellas, don't bound and gag me :D I wasn't too sure on the Hasegawa kit as being the undisputed 1/48 champ-have yet to buy one...but I will certainly do so now guys ;)

  23. Hi all, I am putting out an ABP in search of the above mentioned decals, but can't find them anywhere...I know there has to be some lying around a hobby shop or anywhere else. Sooooo....I am calling on the help of my fellow ARCer's to assist me. If anyone has a sheet, or knows of one, holla at me.
  24. you could also go the route of twobobs for a Block 52 jet of the South Carolina ANG-with the big billboard titling-I believe it's available in 1/32. There are a few ANG units who fly Block 42's such as Ohio and Oklahoma. Twobobs also has a series of BIG MOUTH Vipers you may want to look into-both block 40 and 50s.
