  1. Second shot of Pfizer today. No side effects after first only ache in the upper arm for 2 days. Will let ye know how the second goes.

I work in the pharma industry. The only reason this was so fast was because the board of every pharma company literally threw money at getting this done. The usual timeline for new drugs are mostly due to the scientists asking the board for money and the accountants making it difficult to give it to them.

My sister in law is a nurse.

My friend comes from one of the hardest hit in 2020 areas of Italy.

I do not want to take the risk of what covid will do to you or one of your family. Or mine. So I'm vaccinated.

  2. If you are building an early B-52H from either of the Modelcollect issues of the H, I'd like to buy the side ecm bulges from you (Parts V9 and V12, they appear to be in both kits) and maybe any other spare lumps or left over stencil decals that might be in it.

I'm not sure what exactly I need but I'm trying to cobble together a recent-ish representation of an old AMT H with some decals from Wolfpak, and I think the new Caracal sheet won't be ready in time.

     Thanks for reading!

  3. What he said^^^^

The only other option is probably a Maisto diecast that looks even clunkier than the snaptite kit. Revell do the 2014 and the facelifted model like yours. I did the 2014, and apart from no door mirrors it scrubs up well, when placed on the shelf anyway. Best photo i have of it at tte moment is this. Its in the middle here just to the left of the silver/blue one.

  4. Hi all and sorry about the thread resurrection...

I've questions on how to best get a Farm Gate A-26B in 1/72. I've got 2 Italeri B-26K kits and am happy to build OOB for the camo -K but to build a Farm Gate bird I'm wondering would I be better off using the second kit converted or going for a Korean war era kit.

Ad far as I can tell, I can get a Farm Gate one by leaving off the wingtip tanks and changing the props. I'll already have wing pylons so no need for them, as there would be if I used a WW2 or Korean era kit.

What props do I need and is there anything else i need to do?

    Cheers,  Roy.

  5. Interested in acquisition of one or more Monogram C/D kits. Currently on a Vietnam war theme kick and realised I don't have kits to match my decal stash. Hoping with the release of the Hobby 2000 kits and the upcoming releases from Fine Molds, that some might wish to move on the old, dreadfully detailed, raised panel line monsters that came in the various Monogram,  AM or even Hasegawa boxes. Builders kits are fine, dont need decals, instructions or boxes. (The cheaper the better!) Even consider partial kits depending on what's missing, as I've a good stock of spares. If RoG reissue it like they did with the J I'm all over at least a half dozen, as I'll be able to pick them up in the LHS.. but no sign yet. Obviously European based would be better postage wise but will take from anywhere I can. Can trade kits for kits or beer tokens via PayPal
