The CAD drawings of the P-40B look good, will look forward to looking at the actual plastic to see if they were able to get it right. Robert

I am currently working on Glencoe's 1/144 M-130 China Clipper, but the kit only comes with the side windows and no cockpit windows. Other than the Testor's window glue, what other techniques or products can anyone suggest? Thanks, Robert

They look good, will have to pick up a set when available. Robert

I have always been fascinated with the beauty and elegance of public transportation of 20's and 30's. For me the China Clipper captures that sense of adventure that we don't really get as we travel. A little history; http://www.aviation-history.com/martin/m130.html I pulled out the Glencoe 1/144 kit I have had in the stash for awhile, so hopefully I can do it justice. More to come! Robert

Thanks Jennings, That's what I figured, as I couldn't see any or find anything noted in any of my reference books, but I figured I ask just in case. Robert

I have a Trumpeter 1/32 F4U-1D Corsair kit and one of the aftermarket decal options I have is for a FG-1D, The kit has the same markings, but the aftermarket ones are better. My question is, are there any external differences between the Vought built -1D's and the Goodyear -1D's that I would need to make? Thanks, Robert

Here is a build on the kit. Its fairly new so yes both kits are both new compared to their past releases. http://www.aircraftresourcecenter.com/Gal11/10101-10200/gal10136-Zero-Johnson/00.shtm Robert

Photo etch is not really hard to work with, just some of the smaller pieces can be difficult to handle. And depending how the parts need to be folded, if you don't have a folding jig, you then have to get creative on how to use tools to get the job done. Go to You Tube and search "HOW TO WORK WITH PHOTO ETCH" and you will find several links to very good videos on the subject. Robert
