  6. Hello Gentlemen, a new build with something very different. The model is from WCM and, for the moment, it’s a real pleasure to build. It will be OOB, just for the fun. It starts with the engine. No extra details added. The original parts are sufficient. The Olive Drab is Agama Polish Khaki. It’s the first time I use this paint and I’m not disappointed.
  7. Thanks again for your kind comments “How to Build Diorama†is my bible. I began to build diorama after the reading of this book and even if it’s in English language, it remains for me a reference. I think it’s the goal of forum: to share experiences Thanks Colin. You’re very kind. I don’t know if Shepperd Paine would be proud. The best thing would be to ask him. The model was present to the “World Expo†in Girona and Mr Paine, too. Maybe, he saw the diorama. :D Bye

  21. Hello gentlemen, Thanks for your comments. Next build will be from the box with a PZL23 KARAS from WCM. I use an Hansa 381 for the painting and an Hansa 281 for the weathering. No, not pure white, directly. I always mix the basic color with white or yellow or ochre or light brown, depending of basic color. I use a much thinned mix. ~ 95% Before ending this build, some pics of the base. To represent the relief, I used pieces of pine bark :
  22. Hello everybody and thanks again. Your comments touch me much. I use a piece of foam. I soak it in Dark Blue Grey paint (P.A., in this case), I remove the excess and I tap the part. Yes, geedub. In principle, it will be at Telford show. I would be very happy to meet you and see your Su-27 and your F-15. No. Build models is a hobby for me. I work when I want. I think that I wouldn’t the same pleasure if it was my job. Bye
  23. Hello and thank you for your kind comments. I know Steph’. A really good modeler and a very sympathetic guy. I have the chance to see its models in different models shows and they're, simply, awesome : build, scratch and painting. I don’t think that “little†is a good word. Excessively is more exact. All the weathering is made with airbrush. The paint is much diluted. In fact, I used tinted thinner. I spray randomly the mixture up I obtain a good result. I only use a brush with a wash to represent the oil stains. First, I mark with an airbrush the stain then, I put
