  1. Hi everybody, I am back with a little diorama... i wanted to make something about AMARC, because every pics that i have seen about planes stored at the "Boneyards" bring a strange feeling on me : sadness, of course, because i am a real tomcat fan...but fascination too, due to the fact that i could have joy trying to make different weathering on planes... This dio is not entirely finished, but the bigger work is over... So, here it is (comments welcome, of course...)
  2. YYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSS !!!!! It's real ........ :D it's now........ i will be able to finish my model soon !!!!!! Great job, Kotey.... :D and a huge thanks to all the manufacturers that release Flanker family's decals.... MERCI BEAUCOUP .... Seb
  3. I am going to cry ..... Fantastic job... Seb
  4. I have built the both NSAWC tomcats proposed by Diego on Iranian tomcat's sheet (1/72eme).... these decals are the best to make NSAWC tomcats (with Twobobs for the other splintered cat and the russian one...). My kit was the Hasegawa "Top Gun" kit, but decals from the box weren't be as good as Diego 's one (Colours and quality..) Two pics to prouve what i have wrotten : You can see more pics here : http://www.aircraftresourcecenter.com/Gal5...b91/gal4480.htm And the other : If you have any questions..... Seb
  5. Ma femme m'a offert un aérographe pour mon anniversaire en Octobre, mais je n'ai toujours pas le compresseur !!! I am waiting for Santa, to begin work with aérograph. For the "belly pylons", i have had many problems before on anciens builds...so, one day, i have seen my mistake ...then, i don't make it again ...but i make others (the red light on right wing must be green, for example...) Still learning....even if it's not the first cat that i made.... Thanks again. Seb
  6. Very good job... can't wait to see the others ....!!!! Seb
  7. YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS !!!!! I am still going crazy ..... :P every day looking at this words :"Decals in printing stage" on your website...... Very very good news !!!! And thanks both for your comments ... Seb
  8. Thanks for all your critiques and remarks about this model .... For stealthy1 : Let's speak french : my english is worth than your french .... - This is the pics that i have taken as model : - Can you tell me what are "belly pylons", because my english is not on a very high level (sorry again...)? - FOD are Steel Beach products, re-paint with the appropriate blue (a housemade one...) - seats are Pavla's one, with scratchbuilt parts... Most of the final results is done by the paint : Lifecolor very mixed with water. That's all ... The weathering is made with humbrol satin black mixe
  9. Hi everybody, This is the last modele that i have finished ..... A great very well known kit (Hasegawa), some very nice detailing parts (Eduard), with Lifecolor paints only handbrushed, like usual... Every comments and critiques are welcomed...

  14. It's a great job again ...i love the fine touch of your models ... you're a master of the 1/72 scale .... But i have seen something strange, may be a mistake ? I think that the nose gear door is not at the good place .... for me, it must be on the other side of the gear..... but i am not an expert ... and it's not very hard to change... Good job, let's follow your fantastic work .... Seb
  15. A very good and original idea .... let's follow this smashing build ... i plan to build the same scene, but with a Tomcat in 1/72.... so, i learn from your work ... "The Arrowhead", a french forumist from www.master194.com, have made a fantastic diorama with an F-100 parked at AMARC with spraylat. The final result is very realistic. He has sent me pics of his dio, so he can tell you his secret, may be ? Go one, it's great ... Seb

  20. My english is not very good but i will try to write my tought : A week ago, i have tried to buy the Hasegawa's F-14B tomcat included the Grim reaper 's camo. I have bid 35 dollars + 15 dollars of cost shipping. I have lost. It has been sold for 65 dollars + 15 dollars of cost shipping !!!! Why ? 1- because is the best tomcat kit on the market 2- it's a decals sheet that is hard to find 3- decals producers are often out of stocks (i know it's not easy to manage stocks of good...and i hope that more decals producers will be here this year..) So, i am agree with you about the Revell falcon
  21. You can read some news about this decals sheet here : http://www.arcforums.com/forums/air/index....1320&hl=SMK I hope that Kotey will work fast... <_< Thanks for all your ansewers... Seb
  22. With decals (NOT ALL THE DECALS, UNFORTUNATLY....see the main tittle if you want to know why...) : It's a mix between three sheets : Hasegawa + Linden Hill + Revell (for me, the best for technical'sone): And finally, with a "brother" : That's all for the moment because i am wainting for this : http://www.begemotdecals.ru/showpos.php?lang=2&id=45 to end this project... I want to thanks many people ;) : Aircraftstories for his walkaround ( http://www.flanker.free.fr/mono/Texte/su-2.../walkaround.htm ), Reyes, Dams, Mat57, FabienL, Lafouine17, Grizzly and many others from a gre
